pretty sure you can only have 1 perk per thing, so you cant have two perks for your DF

Anyway, I just felt that we should introduce that to the Level 80 NPC considering that they're almost our second PC that can rival strong characters in any island the best they could. Them having been able to acquire perks extends the creativity of the crew esp those who don't have another crewmate like Ren. It also gives depth to our opposing faction, WG to equally deal with us pirates when the right moment comes.

Honestly, I get all the pros/arguments for it, but I just personally believe the cons outweigh it.
