Anyway, that stat line is ideal for DF. If u put Mera, u prolly have to go down to 80ish unless u have 100B to spend on 300k exp.

Mera would come after Wano, cause I estimate about 70k EXP from Wano, and then I can resell Conqueror's Haki, Different color Haki and other relatively useless things, so after Wano the 2 DF combo would work...

The Territory thread has been updated.

All islands are up-to-date with their current stories and list of deceased NPCs. I have also left an IC story opening in most islands (some could not be done) so the story can continue should a new group invade.
