It is a good read. You won't get bored. A lot of stuff and awakenings happened on that island. You will be overwhelmed.
Speaking of overwhelmed... Reading Impel Down has made me painfully aware how much damn freedom you guys take with how you apply the different techniques xD I've basically handicapped myself trying to stick very strictly to how Ittoryu says it's used in the descriptions xD

you can always apply some variations of it during battles. that's also the reason why my MA attacks are kinda basic but I ensure that won't use inappropriate attacks when it's not virtually possible. For example, in melee combat, you dodged an S+ attack. At that distance, it is really impossible to amass same rank of attack without any preparation at all, even if you spin move, the reaction time vs the prep time your enemy has for a counter attack wouldn't be possible to be launched esp if you both possess the same reaction and attack speed. The least you do with that is to launch a lesser form of that attack or might as well just take the blow. It also adds flavor to the char.

Not being hurt in battle will hurt your character in the long run. And this goes both emotional and physical. Kallavan is a prime example of being hurt on both ends in Wano.

I mean, even Oda himself doesn't restrict himself to his own universe lol. You got a guy whose MA is using knots in ropes another uses Soba noodles to attack. If you don't go mega overboard with the custom attacks/FS no one's going to bat an eye at it here. It's not like they'll be around for very long anyway. Just have fun with it and if a set character already has a theme simply stick with it.

Like I did with Hannyabal he had only one named attack in the whole show. So I just went with all of that and loosely kept it within carnaval/festival themes lol.

I even had one for T-Bone since originally I wanted to make him re-appear, but I scrapped that. It'd have all been french themed just like his one named technique being bon soire lol.

Bon après-midi, Bonjour, bonne nuit.

With my old characters from WURP showing up.

And also Kallavan getting his ass kicked will lead into the first part of WCI with the inevitable resolution I've planned.

it's going to be incredible. :pepeking:

Very true, though I will need people to call me out if I do any of that stuff you mention :)

Never had that problem myself, my characters has passed out more times than I care to count xD
