I was planning to make Dr. Kurama make a brief appearance, too after killing Don Accino. Would be fun to have a mini-reunion of 80's anime characters. Lololol.

Doesn't work quite as well in our system since there is a cap (that most people reach) for how strong your Haki can be.

- With the purchase of +20 Strength, you can get access to 120.
- 120 = 5. Town Level
- With the Z-Rank attack, you can reach 11. Small Continent Level
- In buying +20 for COA, you can reach the maximum output of DPR which is 14. Planet Level

The downside of a non-devil fruit user is the absence of status effect; however, you can purchase that as well to implement on several of your attacks, not all as that would defeat the advantage devil fruit users should have.

Furthermore, you can buy COC and take yourself to Level 100 to use its advanced form which we all know should give +1 DPR rank and status effect of FEAR.

120 Level Navigation + Adv COC + Adv COA + Raid Suit + Beast Mastery Level 100 Character is already crazy enough IMO.

Oh yes. But tbh, it should only be accessible by Level 100 PCs.

Nah, forget about that. Luffy is Level 85ish character, so I think Level 85 is just fine.

The last patch said it was unlocked after 85 so yeh.

Non-DF chars are much better here than WURP, you can easily reach the top DPR without a DF so...

I was thinking literally in that his Haki specifically made him the strongest. I know FS-only can reach the same power levels here. I was thinking of going that route (selling my awakening and buying +20 for Armaments and Strength)

He's one of the Vampirate NPC's, instead of referring him as Vampirate henchmen. I gave him a name to split him up from the rest.
