Nope, I was allowed to start at lvl 60 Now that Thriller Bark is over and you gave me my exp, I just barely managed to get to lvl 80

Lower strength by 1 since it's enough to reach the 101 tier.

Lower vitality by 4 for the same reason.

Lower MA by 6, since you're not even using the substat points, and 81 is enough to get 2 +5 boosts for your strength and vitality.

That should get you 11 points, which you can put into Haki to increase your COO by 22.

Then all that's left is for you to pick a second MA because you have 61 free substat points to use even after lowering MA to 81.

That would be the best setup mathematically speaking. But overall, good stats!

As far as I know, when you level up and hit new race bonuses, you can redistribute for free.

Otherwise it wouldn't make sense. For example your strength could be capped, and then you get new bonuses and wouldn't be able to use them. xD
