Well I've been making the 4 symbols island, thus there will be a Phoenix, Azure Dragon, White Tiger and Black Tortoise island. Though I think I have linked to the White Tiger one before and the Seiryu island is still in approval so it leaves the black tortoise one which I so far have not much of a concept. Though an indian city with giants might be interesting...

Bit confused on the Sickle, its not listed as a reward either but was given as a reward. But anyways i see it as a Rank B or a C as it should be the inferior DF to Mr 1s DF

I wouldn't do D, it's still air blades galore, tornados, etc.. Sort of like a wind paramecia but everything cuts. C seems fine I think.
