if its been sold to bill then the only way to get it is from a new NPC or possibly as reward from an event

The Phoenix is a Zoan already. Prehistoric ones have the 120+ and the fear perk. Already used a logia. Never a Paramecia tho. Fujitora’s, Kidd’s or Baggy’s *.*

If with Awakening you could do some Kannon like attacks with Sengoku’s why not.

I never would cause I don't like custom stuff in OP (didn't mind it in Bleach RP), but if I had to - and not for Sephiroth - it'd be a Griffin.
