It's mixed virtual reality. So you can either play games with in full virtual reality through the headset or use it as an augmented reality headset. The latter allows you to put on the headset and watch YouTube videos(for example) while you're cooking without having to look away. Gives you the advantage to following along a cooking recipe without having to pause or look away since you can mirror whatever the person in front of you(through the video) is doing.I’m at a conference for work and just won a Meta Quest 3!
