I don't mean it as a compliment. That's a great NPC that is now dead for no real reason. Standard non-written rule is you shouldn't kill an NPC if you're not using their DF or the story demands it.

On Gambit, as well, given one could predict Sharibui would try that.
well, i tried so hard not to have her killed. he even let me wrote back to something that already transpired before my last post. i just gave him what he wanted. it's done. besides, he has the liberty to do whatever he wanted.

Life is simple, if you want to kill it, you can. It’s the player’s choice. Shaarib’s story demanded it.

That keeping NPC alive is straight up bull, because story or not if the GMs want to revive it, they will.
I'll warn you already don't try this in Baratie.

And by that I mean killing characters just for the sake of it.
