It's a B-rank so yes.

You need to feed it to a NPC and post a bio for approval. Make sure you don't have other NPCs with fruits and follow guidelines for NPCs with a fruit.

If the fruit will not be in use it goes back to circulation in accordance to the rules, and if that is the case Belo Betty will get it back and be alive.

I've never looked much into the rules for eating devil fruits, but is there a way to give two low rank devil fruits to the same NPC?
