you can't use any Devil Fruit without acquiring it, even the weak ones nobody else will use

Is there a form to fill out for this?

What kind of weapon would a sheep mink use (i know electro would be generated with her fur) and the full moon has the effect of a sulong form, much like Carrot (Rabbit mink) and Wanda (canine mink) have.

there is no official form, we allow people to show the information basically however they want (as long as we can understand it easily). What you have done with your bio is a good start.

we use a stat system in our RP that shows how strong or fast you are. It can be very overwhelming so i will try and go through it in the best way i can (aka leaving stats and more advanced things out for now lol). You get stat points equal to your level times 5, new players start at level 50 and you can choose which main stat to put them in. Strength and speed are two that are considered 'main stats', however speed has two 'substats'. To calculate what to put into these you do the main stat x 2. There are also stat caps that make it so you can't put everything into the one substat (unless you are a higher level), at level 50 the stat cap for both main and substats is your level x 1.5 (50x1.5=75).


I will use the first part of my stats without extra more complicated stuff as a visual example
Level 70
70 x 5 = 350
Strength: 81
Speed: 81
81x2=162
-Reaction: 81
-Movement: 81

So at level 50 i have several stats and i am a sheep mink.

so there are bonuses for say vitality and speed for my mink. maybe in str.

I want to eventually take observation haki

electro is the mink's special ability. what kind of weapon would a sheep mink use? martial arts? Ramming ability/charge? I was thinking of having a ram's horn to use to summon aid if needed from allies. this is only in emergencies.

Then the sulong form boosts stats during full moon event until tired out and then need long rest and food.

I always use to look at it how the way a comic writer use to sell his story, i know @Emperor Cross knows of Jonathan Hickman. He use to sell his story by starting just before the end then work his way there before finishing his stories.

So you can look at this way, where would you like your character to be at the end then reverse engineer it to where you are right now.

You can use Pinterest to see what would be the closest thing to your character's appearance.

as you are over level 40 you get both types of Haki, each of them have two different types

using basic attacks with electro is allowed even if that is the only Martial Art stat you have, to do more advanced things would require a separate one. A good way to use it would be to have a non-weapon fighting style as you can combine punches/kicks with electricity; but any weapon could also work so really it is up to yo

this is how Electro works in our RP, Sulong is only controllable at 100 mastery so you will rampage and attack at random if you transform without having it that high.

General Mastery
11-20 mastery: basic electro on touch
21-40 mastery: full body electro
41-60 mastery: electro can coat weapons
61-80 mastery: 1/10 turn sulong at night
81-99 mastery: 1m ranged electro, 3/10 turn sulong at night
100 mastery: 2m ranged electro. 6/10 turn sulong at night. Controlled Electro.
120 mastery: 3m ranged electro, 10/10 turn sulong at night. Can access Sulong at daytime for 3/10 turns.

Advanced Control
Basic Electro Channeling energy through their fur, the mink shocks an opponent with their hand.
Requires 1 mastery
Full Body Electro Channeling energy through their fur, the mink shocks an opponent with their body.
Requires 21 mastery
Electro Coating Channeling energy through their fur, the mink covers their weapon in a layer of electricity that will shock on contact.
Requires 41 mastery
Sulong: Using electricity the mink shocks their body function at limit breaker capacity giving +10 speed and strength. It can only be used at night
Requires 61 mastery
Sulong Shock: While in sulong form the mink can shoot electro at a 1m range.
Requires 81 mastery

You're a sheep mink so you're bonuses would go something like this, I'm also a sheep mink; Before you invest points into a character you are given racial boosts they change depending on your race. For minks they have a unique trait in which they're boosts can support 2 out of the 3 main stats depending on your animal. These racial stat boosts must all total up to 9, to have hit split amongst the 3 substats 2/3 are given +4 and the final stat is given +1.

For a sheep, since they're not as aggressive as their Ram counterparts they're racial boosts go into Vitality and Speed, something like:

Strength: X + 1
Speed: X + 4
Vitality: X + 4

Since you're level 50, you probably know how to work out the stats.

The only special attribute minks get are access to the Electro martial art as @Hiei mentioned. Anything else would either be a Martial art or a custom Martial art you can create by submitting movesets in the approval forum.
