@Ziosa @Hiei I'm noticing that some devil fruits, have some low DPR techniques as their natural movesets. Do they increase with mastery? or they need approval to give it more DPR

all NPCs can use all their DF moves even if they don't have the mastery for it, unless it doesn't make much sense for some reason. As such most can scale if the host wishes.

Hosts can also create moves within reason, such as new versions of existing ones and motif/theme related ones. They don't need to be approved as long as they follow the formula for moves

C: 21 mastery, 21 strength (unless it is really a physical attack that would use strength)
B: 41 mastery, 41 strength (unless it is really a physical attack that would use strength)
A: 61 mastery, 61 strength
S: 81 mastery, 81 strength
S+: 100 mastery, 100 strength
Ranged/AoE: Increases both requirements by 10. Increases by 20 if it is both
Status: Increases requirements by 10 at minimum, higher severity usually increases it by more

The suprise continuation of Season 4
of Magikarp Monday is here!!

It's been a while again since the last one. But remember, taking part in Magikarp Monday is entirely MANDATORY!

This post contains all question of seasons 1 & 2:
https://thrillerbark.com/threads/rp-general-chat.28/post-142274

Here is the link to season 3:
https://thrillerbark.com/threads/rp-general-chat.28/post-205652

"What would your characters Smash Bros moveset be? (Or any other fighting game)
If they played a fighting game, who would they main?"
And since there was such a long stretch between questions:
"What do your characters do between islands? Especially when there are periods when they are inactive, how do they entertain themselves?"
I've seen this suggested as a writing exercise to get to know your characters better:
"What does your characters office/room look like? What is in their trash can?"

I feel as though would Gerald's office and Lab be considered the same thing, he impractically lives in his lab since it's at the bottom of his current ship and it's really big to accomodate his frame:

In his trash can would probably be like shards of metal, some stray hairs he pulled out from his locs and crumbled balls of paper from failed and scrapped ideas.

Bill's "office" is a small folding chair the Sweet Pirates kitchen. It's not the captains quarters, but it's nonetheless a seat of power. Everyone passes through the kitchen to eat, and Bill is right there having nice chats with all of the swabbies. He knows all their birthdays and alcohol tastes, and what they think about Captain Sweet Einsauer. Information and loyalties converge in that kitchen where Bill sits like a fat spider in its web.
The Sweet Pirates ship, the Cotton Blossom, doesn't have much cargo space for food and voyages are long, so Bill uses up every last scrap of food to get his crew to their destination. There are no leftovers or "inedible parts" in Bill's trash can, only the occasional broken bottle. What he cooks up isn't always the most appetizing, but it beats starvation.
There once was a sailor who refused to eat what was on his plate. A week later he was gone, and the food noticeable improved.
This wasn't Bill's fault, Gochi ate a guy and stopped raiding the fridge for a few days.
If the crew didn't already have a captain, Bill could direct it from his kitchen with a few nice suggestions and a couple of threats.

Jade has large office in her ship. It is fairly messy with a large desk and a small chair on the desk itself. There is usually a lot of paperwork stacked all around the room. The bin is either empty or full of random stuff that Jade has broken/related to food

Alaric’s room is more bunker than bedroom. The walls are lined with thick wood and reinforced metal, showing how he's used to harsh environments and the need for durability over comfort. He has a heavy desk sits in one corner, littered with half-finished reports, maps with penciled annotations, and a small stack of old books—some war manuals, others surprisingly philosophical texts. On the wall, there's a rack on that holds weapons: a massive broadsword, a pair of gauntlets, and a long-range flare gun. The lighting is dim and warm, creating a calm space where one can think or brood uninterrupted.

Other than that, there are only a few other personal items: a framed photo of a small child with a red ribbon in their hair, a cracked pocketwatch that no longer ticks, and a carved wooden token—its meaning known only to him.

His trashcan tells its own story. Crumpled ration wrappers, a half-burnt letter he never finished reading, a broken quill, and the remnants of a torn-up report bearing the Revolutionary Army’s seal. At the very bottom, carefully hidden, is a blood-stained cloth, neatly folded but never thrown away—kept as a quiet reminder of something he refuses to forget.

My second character:

Azul’s office-room is a lived-in hybrid of a music studio and a shipwright’s workshop, reflecting his dual life as a craftsman and musician. The space is cluttered but purposeful, with two main work tables—one for ship repairs, littered with wood shavings, tools, and schematics, and another for music, stacked with sheet music, tuning tools, and a small, winding music box. Wall shelves are filled with spare boat parts, journals, and half-finished compositions, while a chalkboard map of the Grand Line hangs nearby, marked with ship routes and mysterious names circled in red. A beat-up stool sits beside an open window that lets in the sea breeze as Azul works.

His trash can tells a story of creative struggle: broken strings, crumpled lyrics, wood scraps, and even a forgotten sandwich. The room isn’t clean, but it’s vibrant—a space where Azul builds, writes, remembers, and tries to forget, all at once.

True to form, I missed the first day of the year, and the first monday of the year as well. So i can`t ask about your characters new years resolutions.

This question has been on my mind for a while:
"What would your characters Smash Bros moveset be? (Or any other fighting game)
If they played a fighting game, who would they main?"
I never player Smash Bros like that.
Not into Fighting Games that much, but I believe he would fight like Paul Phoenix in Tekken.

"What does your characters office/room look like? What is in their trash can?"
Shaarib has an altar in his room. He grew up on a Marine Base, so everything is always tidied up.

His office at Marine Ford is messy as hell, its where everyone cash their bets.
