I’ll be getting straight to the point.

This announcement is directed toward players who currently hold Devil Fruits, Special Items, Cursed/Blessed Weapons, or Named Meitos but have been inactive for a prolonged period or have disappeared without prior notice.

Effective as of today, 9th October, 2026, you will have until 6th December, 2026, to show some effort to RP again. Failure to make an effort within this timeframe will result in the removal of said item(s), ensuring that these items will remain in active circulation within the game.

To maintain fairness, players who lose their item(s) due to inactivity will receive appropriate compensation.

However, please note that these items will be reassigned.

41-60: Can coat ranged weapons (physical - bullets, etc.) with Haki.

81-100: Can use full body haki, can shoot Haki out of the body (Rayleigh vs elephant). Special haki technique unlocked for primary path.
120: Offensive: Offensive COA: +3 to DPR +2 to durability, Defensive COA: +2 to DPR +3 to durability. Second haki technique unlocked for primary path.

fundamentally not sure or not sure what you want it to do?

if the latter, it is just a single technique that is mostly Haki based (like Garp's Galaxy Impact) and just needs it to be submitted and approved like any other technique.

pretty sure they have to be done with defensive or offensive Armament, so not sure if this will work (unless you have bought the upgrade that gives both paths)
