fundamentally not sure or not sure what you want it to do?

if the latter, it is just a single technique that is mostly Haki based (like Garp's Galaxy Impact) and just needs it to be submitted and approved like any other technique.

It's 2 offensive techniques, they use haki projection in a skillful way

What do special items cover?
I am willing to give back the Kuri-Kuri no mi and my Meito back to the people of Bark

Special Items include Cursed/Blessed Weapons, Items you might've gotten via adventures, Weapons you might've gotten via adventures, and Meito's.

Mastery Schematic
1-20: Can only coat limbs with Haki. Ability to touch DF user’s “real body” unlocked.
21-40: Can coat physical weapons with haki.
41-60: Can coat ranged weapons (physical - bullets, etc.) with Haki.
61-80: Can coat intangible attacks (flying slashes, elements, etc.) with Haki.
81-100: Can use full body haki, can shoot Haki out of the body (Rayleigh vs elephant). Special haki technique unlocked for primary path.
120: Offensive: Offensive COA: +3 to DPR +2 to durability, Defensive COA: +2 to DPR +3 to durability. Second haki technique unlocked for primary path.

Oh in that case I think @Gambit has the most in this. Guren made a perk out of it, kaka made a tech as well. I had a few in mind but never put them forward to approval.

Honesty Impact also counts. Gambit/Kaka probably have at least one we can add too

the only one i have is a custom Observation technique for a BG NPC, but it wouldn't be allowed for players as only Armament Haki techniques can be made atm

I think the halo techniques should be allowed for observation haki as well as long as they posses CoC. As most CoC techniques are just normal techniques but amplified

CoC shouldn't be required for all of them, as advanced Haki should be useable without it. ACoC is supposed to be ridiculously rare, like less than 10 people in the entire world can use it rare, and that would be kinda needed to put CoC into most techniques

I don't have enough imagination for that tbh. Iirc Kallavan had some inspired Haki techniques from Tien Shin Han or Gai that I used.

I don't remember which thread but @Gambit and I had a thread where posts came right after the other, real flow state.

Second time is for sure Chongqing City with @Gochi , I didn't even think before or during it. Like Prime Lionel Messi.

I could even make a mission to give some more incentive, but the DFs would be more specific if i did that

still looking to buy basically any normal Zoan, will pay max price for one (and willing to discuss other benefits as money isn't that big of an incentive these days) . My most wanted DF would be one of the snake ones but I will take any I can get at this point
