Las Camp is the main outpost of the marines in North Blue and the seat of the 80th division. It is where pirates caught by bounty hunters are brought, and because of the amount of beli required for such a business, it has some of the strongest marines in the area stationed here.

You know, first-person narration is a great hack. Because the narration is through the perspective of your character and not some 3rd party, you get internal thought and narration/description, all at the same time. Like you get to describe how you're thinking freely through narration because it's from your perspective, so it's automatically inner thought dialogue. Get it?
