1) How to make a new character and join xd [Old one sucks] Maybe I could make new character with old stats to avoid starting stats
2) If I join I might not be regular but will surely give 5 hours or so per week. Is It okay?

there will be a free change so you could change your appearence and stats if you want with your current level though not sure when the free change starts so you'll need to wait for the announcement from @Larsi

5 hours is okay as long as you can work your way in BG's, though best to check with those you wanna battle with

I enjoyed the firs tournament arc in RP <3 and hosting my even Big Parallel was fun too ^^

you need some catching up on, though i would get some battles as the events have been running for a while though on halt for some time due to OJ closing down sooner or later

I am still baffled about how should I end the story, so I have prepared my half reply and you can suggest me few things so I can end it in one go
