You didn’t understand. A B rank bullet is a B rank bullet. Normally it speed should be 41 or something near. The gunslinger only has to aim well and absorb the recoil. He can’t influence the speed of said bullet.

Imo the reload thing is very important. Like you shold know the distribution of the bullets and post it. Because for story reason you can’t be firing S or A at big enemies and then a fodder came and it’s magically a B bullet. Hence why you can have multiple guns for each type of bullet of you have.
