common misconception, mind isnt intelligence; its just used for the subtats. similar to how the main speed, vitality etc stat doesnt really do anything on its own, its just used for the total of the substats.

so someone with no mind can actually be smarter than someone with it, unless its to do with like science

People without mind stats can't even tie their shoelaces.
That should give them a -15 movement debuff.

@Larsi Attack speed is only for range attacks or even for close combat? For intense If I swing my sword what will be my swinging speed? Will it be fast as my movement speed or just attack speed?

Mastery determines all attackspeed, unless you're holding the attacking limb still and moving in a straight line(movement speed) or spinning(reaction speed)
