Do the titles have to be literal? What if your character isn't one for scepters and hermine capes? Can they be for example, if your character is mafia flavoured:
"Upstanding Citizen" -> "Made Man" -> "Capo" -> "Godfather"
As long as it carries a similar sense of authority and renown.

I have two questions:
1. Since Gerald is a skypiean and gets 3 free dials (except reject) can I have him replicate the functionality of a dial through a mechanical invention? I selected a Milk Dial as one of my 3 free dials; can I make a cloud machine using the dial as a template?

2. Do inventions that don't offer any advantage in battle need to be approved?

Yes. Though for bounty purposes, you use the highest level NPC to calculate part of the base bounty, not all of them. For paycheck increases, you can request a paycheck increase for each NPC you defeat (not counting fodder).

Yes it's A rank bullet.

No. You don't need to have 61 to harden your bullet. It's 41-60 based on the revised Haki rules.
