Could this bit from the master thread be added under the haki subsection in the skills thread? Seems rather important but it is honestly burried under older updates.

Observation Haki: Users of Observation Haki will have to choose between two different types of the ability:
Awareness:
1-100 Mastery: The user can sense any physical thing within (Mastery x 2) meters of themselves when CoO is activated. This make it easier for the user to sense multiple things at the same time. However, focusing specifically can still only be on one thing. The user can also sense the intention and power level of players whose level is equal to or lower than their CoO mastery including opponent's specific attacks power. This does not mean that the user can sense the action of a player, only their location and emotion and power level.
120 Mastery: The user can sense anything within 400 meters of themselves when CoO is activated.

Precognition:
1-100 Mastery: Can sense accurately how people move closely, i.e. attacking even if cant physically see them. When your CoO is activated you will get an increased bonus to reaction and attack speed equal to your CoO minus your opponent's CoO.
Ex: yours: 80, opponents: 65
speed increase = +15
however, if your opponent has Awareness CoO and not Precognition, then the formula is equal to your CoO minus your opponent's CoO plus 5. Meaning if you both have equal CoO mastery then you will get a +5 reaction and attack speed bonus while they will only be able to understand your intent and attack power.
120 Mastery: The user is able to see the next move of their opponent(within the same post as long as there is not too much time implied having passed) within 50 meters of themselves when CoO is activated.

Wasn't really sure where to post this, but I'll do it here.

So, looking through the clima tact system, I've realized that it's done completely wrong (unarguable, it's wrong compared to the canon).

The system atm states that you get weather balls equal to your mastery, and then all of your attacks cost weather balls (including your heat balls, cool balls, thunder balls, and other attacks).

But that's just wrong, so it'll be changed (talked to Ziosa already).

Weather balls are their own thing, and the clima tact didn't even have them until its upgraded sorcery version post timeskip, so it doesn't make sense that those weather balls would be used to supply all attacks. Furthermore, there is no canon instance where any material limitation was put on the clima tact. Furthermore, under the current system, just one heat ball takes 2 weather balls, so a fully mastered user would use up their whole supply just to create 50 heat balls, even though fodder-level Nami when fighting in Alabasta, made more heat balls than that, as seen here.

So form now on, this is the system.

If you have less than 81 navigation, you get the basic clima tact. If you have 81+ navigation, you get the post timeskip sorcery clima tact.

There is no limitation to attacks, heat/cool/thunder balls, and there is also no limitation to weather balls which are their own thing (of course be reasonable, just like you can't swing a sword and fire ''a million flying slashes'', you also can't just go and make a million weather balls. But certainly no such limit as 100, as Nami was seen here, making like a hundred for just one attack.

Now, there is one other thing, and those are weather eggs. (so there's heat balls (just heat), cool balls (just cool air), thunder balls (just electricity), weather balls (already have a made thunder cloud inside them), and then there's weather eggs. Those are stronger, as they have an entire ''weather'' inside them already, and unleash it over a wide area once opened. You get 1 of those per 10 mastery.

Then there's the wind knot:

You get 1 of those per 10 mastery as well.

Weather eggs and wind knots come with the sorcery clima tact, so 81+ mastery.

So that's that. @Ziosa

Not sure who uses navigation and a clima tact, aside from myself and @Gambit , but I'll just tag everyone.

@Ziosa @Ichimonji @QuickZilver708 @Sea @tlgRen @Ebuk @Gambit @Emperor Cross @Magimasterkarp @Ranger @Gochi @Roogy @Mr. Anderson @Beerbottle @Dream @Mugiwara_Ryan @Frayz
Can u add this in the Skills thread?

A few things I would like to ask/confirm:

1) Awhile ago we had this conversation about having the ryusoken being acquirable for the Non-RA through the Direct MA (35 DC), can we have a more official confirmation on that whether this will be a thing? I won't be getting it anytime soon but would like to have this out of the way when the time comes.

2) Is it possible to have an always 'open' general approval thread for our characters within the approval forum? Like just one thread for both our characters? (or maybe have it separate) like we did before. Feels bad that I'm constantly making new threads for changes/approval that will probably clutter up the place (islands aside). Unless this is already a thing just that my stuffs were the only ones processed and closed.

Having new threads and locking them helps us keep track of what's been addressed already.

And you don't have to worry about clutter because we have a filter option so we can just filter for unprocessed/pending approval. Though Ziosa handles most of the approvals so whatever makes him comfortable.

On Ryusoken, I vote that it should be possible to get with 35 DC. Ain't that crazy of a MA, don't see why not.

Ah then it's fine for me. I thought with the removal of merged post in the approval forum it would be easier to just have a single approval thread to work with since I assume the threads move to the top of the list when a new post is made. But I suppose with filters then it's a complete non-issue then.

direct MA should probably bypass most requirements to make it more worth getting, so Ryusoken is fine i feel

I think we omitted the interplay between the speed in the skills thread. Can we put it back?

the ruling which wins over and which is not. I was trying to explain the stuff to Mugiwara and want to quote the system but it wasn't there.
1 above : Oppoenents can barely keep up with your speed
2 above : Opponents only see a blur
[automerge]1673361210[/automerge]
Or basically this :

How to judge movement/attack speed vs reaction speed:
If your reaction speed is two or more brackets below your oppponent's movement/attack speed, you will barely be able to see a blur.
If your reaction speed is one bracket below your oppponent's movement/attack speed, you will struggle to keep up, but still see most of the movements.
If your reaction speed is equal to your oppponent's movement/attack speed, you will be able to react to most of their moves.
If your reaction speed is one bracket above your oppponent's movement/attack speed, you have no problem reacting to what they do.
If your reaction speed is two or more brackets above your oppponent's movement/attack speed, you will basically see them in slow motion.

Yeah but then the fruit has no real perks. If so better give out stats. From Lvl 40 and up, everyone uses Haki what's the point of having a +3 tier in durability then ?
