mihawk is suppose to be an end goal, not a battle to help you get stronger; of course he gives rewards though.

if he didnt have 120 strength, he would have 120 observation haki; future sight mihawk would probs be even stronger lol

Still not enough... I am fine with him having all u want to give him but 120 strength can't be attained in any way without devil fruit... so having that strength is not good.

And I was planning to defeat Mihawk with having a level of around 85 and boost both for CoA and MA. Which is like end game things if you ask me

Truth be told, maybe not everybody should be able to defeat Hawkeye in a 1v1.

he could have been stronger, at one point he nearly had 3 120s. mihawk is never gonna be easy, finding a way to beat him when at a disadvantage is a great thing to rp; people are too obsessed with stats, they dont see it as a good story or way to get better etc. he was always gonna have either 120 strength or CoO, both of which is gonna be very difficult to get past.

120 strength is the pinnacle, which mihawk is. im not opposed to making 120 strength obtainable without DF, but it would probs be like from beating kaido; which again would be super difficult

NPC stats are like this to encourage collaboration I think. Host NPC stats have always been aloud to break the rules in order to perform canon feats.

Like, what even is there left to do if you are strong enough to beat the World's Greatest Swordsman completely on your own?

But what's the point of the strength that player never ever able to attain? People may be obsessed with stats me included and that's more of a reason you guys may only end up having this strength stat under control by not giving to a player without devil fruit or temporary boost.

People eventually surpass others but Mihawk is like unsurpassable right now. And even with 105 in strength Mihawk fight gonna drag for 40 posts minimum if another player is in the same league as him.

he is not unbeatable, just very close to it unless you do everything right. like other people are saying, mihawk isnt suppose to be soloable unless its against the best. and boosts and stuff still count, at level 100 you will probs have extra stats that you can use for stuff like cooking to help cover the gap that is there

you need to have a challenge, its no fun if you can have the same stats as him; it just becomes a done deal, there should always be the chance you can lose. without that it just becomes you writing the inevitable, which will make you and other people lose interest as its not fun; it might be fun for a while but eventually it will get boring.

the problem is you want him to be close to you; which while understanable, its also something that mihawk shouldnt be. he is the strongest swordsman in the world, to beat him needs you to be very good at sword play but also strategy etc too. if people could get close to him in stats it makes it easier, which the fight with someone like him should never be.

i have been thinking about it for a while, hardly anyone is doing it for the story etc, they are just getting stronger and getting better stats to take out stronger and stronger people like a cycle.

Of course you can surpass Mihawk. He's only level 90. You can surpass him by 10 whole levels! :poggers:
