you dont need to make your move the highest DPR for the mastery required

least someone is doing stats based on story, there is no way jade or someone who has been on an island for ages has gotten like 10+ levels from just that one fight; especially if it was against someone a lower level than you lol.

buying coc and other stuff helps but you could end up weaker than you were when you started the island lol

there are not nearly enough particles of water in the air to fight like gara lol

its basically that you can do stronger AoE attacks near a body of water and if you aren't near a body of water then its more like a nerfed version of the martial art

so for DPR B with requirements 81 strength, 81 mastery it is "second is mastery/3" --> 81/3 = 27 meters AoE
