You know what i'll just quickly say the base of the character for ones not Rej.

She suffers from simply out "Eighth Grade syndrome" in the show it's pretty much thinking you are a protagonist in an Anime (funny haha) and uses that for cooping with family problems. She lives with her with her older sister. She dislikes being home with her and will do anything to not be their including sneaking out.
