Indigo and Manaka talked - the former always chatty, but this time, listening instead. Manaka had brought up something very, very interesting, and Indigo wanted to know more. But her knowledge of these mysterious subjects, also piqued his interest, if not actually putting him on guard. But, Manaka's explanation made sense. She talked about the North Blue, about Hiraya, and about Landayan. She spoke about the meaning of the diamond symbol on the forehead, and the abilities of those that had it. Indigo couldn't help but look excited.

We really found ourselves a diamond mine! Piro piro piro piro piro...!

Indigo said, calling Gambit a gold mine, but changing it to diamond mine in the spirit of the symbol that he bore on his forehead.

Now then... how do you suggest we get him on our side? Or is abducting him our only option?

Indigo asked, curious.

In the meantime, KG and his guys found themselves at the mercy of the Agehaguera butterfly. The pollen took most of them out, but KG was still standing strong. When the Agehaguera butterfly descended down toward him in a dive bomb, KG took off with great jumping strength and aimed a powerful uppercut at the chin of the Agehaguera butterfly. KG's powerful fist rammed right into the chin of the beast, sending it flying. The damage dealt was great, KG's power overwhelming. The beast came slamming into the ground, bouncing off of the ground a number of times as it skid backward from the force. Its wings were damaged, and its balance was gone. The beast was one blow away from death, the baller's punch truly great in comparison. However, hissing and growling like no other butterfly could, the Agehaguera butterfly, enraged and cornered, started to unleash massive amounts of pollen from its wings once again, engulfing the entire area. The Agehaguera butterfly had no choice but to go all out. It knew, by way of instinct, that if KG didn't fall to the pollen, it would be the end of it.

Elsewhere, T-Bag and his boys encountered as many as three powerful beasts native to this strange land of beasts named Merveille. T-Bag gave the orders, and capitalizing on their numbers, they attacked. A number of his men took the left plank, others took the right, and they all attacked simultaneously. A net was thrown, aimed to fall over the three beasts to capture them. A number of other ropes came for their limbs. However, the three beasts were underestimated. The mountainous walrus swung its head, the long sabers cutting the net that was falling, and throwing it away. A single item, a target easy enough even for a fat beast like the walrus to hit. The ropes, slightly harder and more elusive to hit, were handled by the warrior sloth, the Shirokage. Pushing off of the ground, the warrior sloth used its long, sharp claws that looked more like short swords, and cut the ropes down. With the group's attacks taken care of, the gigantic Ettousaurus started charging forward like a mad rex, rushing the group that had thrown the net. The Ettousaurus aimed to mow the group down and crush them under the weight of its powerful feet. The whole mountain shook as the heavy beast charged.

On yet another location, in the ruins, Gambit and Reynolds were exploring the most mysterious place of them all. Why were the ruins there, and who had lived there before? A grand civilization, or just a bunch of uninteresting farmers? It was anyone's guess. But, at least for now, Gambit and Reynolds were not offered the luxury of thinking about it too much. As Reynolds was trespassing the narrow alleys of the ruins, a powerful Terror Guma suddenly came out from behind a corner, swiping its deadly claws. Thanks to Gambit's vantage point, and his warning, Reynolds was not mauled to death, but instead managed to duck under the swipe and roll inbetween the Terror Guma's legs, taking his katana out and cutting toward the beast's legs. The katana managed to cut, and had effect, but the beast's legs were not slashed off, due to its thick fat and powerful bestial bone structure.

Reynold's DPR: 81-100: 5. Large Building Level

As Reynolds was just done cutting away at the Terror Guma's leg, the powerful beast turned around and threw itself over Reynolds, aiming to crush him to the ground with its large paw. If successful, the Terror Guma would push Reynolds down with its great weight and might, aiming to crush his chest and everything that was inside it.

Gambit and his goons were exploring the vasts of Merveille, but the strong beasts that lurked it were not making their lives easy. Little did they know, there was one more beast out there, vastly superior to everything they had encountered so far. A lion. A golden lion.

Coffee Date with Manaka
The more Indigo laid his ears on the wisdom shared by Manaka, the more his interest is captivated. Enthralled to the precious diamond both the emblem of the intruding pirate commander and the mystery surrounding the beast mastery, the male scientist would again ask for ways to lure Gambit in. "I suppose you know by now that he is one formidable pirate. Capturing him means death to most of us. However."

Manaka, as her elbows were resting on the table clasped her fingers altogether and let her chin lie on it. Raising her left eyebrow, she continued, smirking. "A man like him, I have had experienced countless times before. ♥♥♥. I will bring him in."

She then rose to her seat and held Indigo's chin before kissing his right cheek goodbye. "Bueno, I shall leave."

KG and the Ferocious Butterfree
KG roared himself skyward, bearing a devastating uppercut. And as soon as his fist turned into an angry cannonball, it met the chin of the troublesome butterfly, sending it flying meters away. As its body dove into the earth, it prepared for another wave of toxic pollen from its own damaged wings. Seeing this, KG being a seasoned baller has the deepest respiratory stamina. Halting his breath, he grabbed a debris of rock about the size of a basketball from the ground. Leaping midair, KG locked the target on his vision. Raising his right arm upwards, he would clad the said rock with Hardening Haki before throwing it down to the enemy. "Cross-court Pass!", he shouted without inhaling. The rock punched through the wind, howling strongly as the very projectile traveled across the Ferocious Butterfree. Take that motherfucker!

Cross-court Pass: KG throws down a round object to the target with such force capable of leaving a small crater upon impact on the ground.

T-Bag and the Three Huskyteers
The ropes were all launched in a very artistic fashion. For a moment, the very air above the 3 beasts was entirely covered by an army of fibers, taking the form of a spider's net. They aimed to wrapped around the enemies but to no avail. They were too strong to bind. The gigantic walrus merely swung its head to let its sharp saber cut down the trap made by the Westerners. "What the fuck?!", Shaq reacted.

Simultaneously, the warrior sloth did the same trick, however with the presence of the earth. Plowing the snow on the ground upwards, its razors crashed down the ropes, leaving nothing but a dead net on the ground.

All: "?!!"

Kobe: "Sir T-Bag!"

"I got this!" The platoon leader was unfazed when he saw how the beasts managed to break down their set of traps. Smirking, T-Bag rushed towards the advancing Ettousaurus before it even crosses his men. As he dashed forth, he was swinging the metallic ball of his chained flail about his right arm rapidly until it catches fire. "Yall lie on the ground! This gun be ugly."

Pushing his feet on the ground, he went midair and leveled to the 3 monsters in their paths. As he's gone parallel to their heads, the chain master violently and widely swung the flaming end of the flail, ramming it to the heads of the beasts as the metallic ball turned into sun, revolving rapidly across the area. "Swing 'em 'round Like It’s Hot!"

Swing 'em 'round Like It’s Hot: One of T-Bag’s most deadly techniques. He swings the chain over his head in a large circle and in a hypersonic motion that the spiked ball of the chain begins to catch flame, striking anyone inside its area of effect before slamming it into his prime target. Reynolds Gone Deadpool
Reynolds managed to evade the deadly swipe of the beast in front of him. Behind the giant bear-like creature, he tried to slash the legs off of the target but surprisingly, it left nothing but a minuscule wound. So this is what a nameless attack could offer huh? As he processed that thought, the Terror Guma threw himself across the air and seemingly try to slam its own over him. "?!!!!!!!"

*KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH*

"Reynoooooooooooooolds!!!", Aramis and Baldemor roared.

Terror Guma's body came crashing down Reynolds. Was he dead? We don't know. But let's take it back a little before the impact.

Reynolds, the head of the sniper group maybe foolish at times and uttered crazy logic and terms but he would not be the platoon leader if he didn't have the skills. Sure, he's crazy. But that craziness benefits all. Before the crash, he was able to reverse the grip of his katana, pointing it upwards and against the falling body of the mammal. On impact, he thrust it further and capitalized on the weight of the falling and the gravity in play, impaling the very heart of the monster. As to what attack he used? Let's see if we could hear what he said at the time.

"Somewhat devastating katana thrust.... Aaaaah"

"Yes Sir!"

Indigo, intent on having Gambit, the diamond man, brought to him, listened on as Manaka hinted that she would lure Gambit to them with her sexual abilities.

So he's that kind of man is he...

Indigo said. He himself was not interested in women, or people at all. He devoted his all, his life and soul, to the path of science. But, whatever worked. Indigo nodded, giving Manaka the go ahead to bring Gambit to him. Out of nowhere, Indigo's Den Den Mushi suddenly rang. Indigo reached into his pocket and placed it on the table. A golden mane adorned the Den Den Mushi - it was clear that the roaring golden lion was on the other end of the line. The connection was established, and Shiki yelled from the other side.

Indigo! Is it done yet?! Have my precious beasts devoured those trespassers?!

Shiki asked. Indigo was no longer in the control room, but he did have a portable monitor on him. Strapped to his wrist, he activated it, and a small display popped up, showing images of some of the things that were happening around Merveille. What Indigo saw was surprising. The Agehaguera butterfly, heavily injured and releasing all of its toxic pollen, was finished off with a powerful projectile thrown at it and crushing its head. Elsewhere, T-Bag, wielding a powerful blazing weapon, smashed the heads of three fercious beasts all at the same time, bringing them down dominatingly. Lastly, the Terror Guma seemed to have gotten the upperhand against its target, as it came crashing down onto Reynolds with all of its weight and might. However, seconds later, the Terror Guma rolled off of Reynolds and onto its back. A sword stuck right through its heart, the Terror Guma, too, was dead.

Seeing what was happening, Indigo contemplated whether telling Shiki was the right thing to do. Indigo knew Shiki would be outraged. But, there was no hiding it. Eventually, the King of the Jungle, the golden lion, would find out. Sighing, Indigo spoke.

It seems a number of the beasts had been killed by the trespassers. They were no match. I have a new lead on how to make our beast army much stronger, but it'll take some time.

For now, they are no match.

Indigo said. Shiki roared.

WHAT?! THOSE DAMN MONGRELS! INDIGO, I AM GOING MYSELF!

Shiki said, slamming the Den Den Mushi down before Indigo could say anything. And so, the fate of Merveille started rolling. Would Manaka get to Gambit first? Would Shiki make it there first? Would things resolve with a few sexual actions, or would an island-destroying battle occur? Needless to say, the story was now definitely on its way to the climax.

La Morena en Azul
Manaka headed to one of the rooms inside Shiki's castle. It has a one-way glassdoor that could only be accessed through biometrics and eye scanner; only she got the right to enter that area. Tapping her palm on the biometrics, she simultaneously had her eyes scanned. Entering the room, she removed her white suit and hung it on one of the hooks in the black suit rack. Care-free, she then undressed her pants and threw them into the dirty clothes bin. Albeit the walls of the room are made of mirrors, they are also one-way. With only her undergarments on, she headed to the shower room.

30 minutes later, she got out, wrapped in a bathrobe, wet hair, and laid down. She went to the closet and for the first time ever, she decided to open the one which has been keeping her lady dresses. "Red or purple? Or maybe I should go black instead? No.... I am a morena, I should probably choose something that will accentuate my skin. Cobalt." Grabbing the dark rich blue off-shoulder and knee level dress, she faced the mirror, spinning before uttering, "Kyaaa! Help meeeeee, Gambit-sama.."

KG's Game-winning Pass
KG's cross-court pass sunk on the giant butterfly's body before it could even move and emanate the entirety of its toxic pollens. Pushing it down further, the very earth dissolved with the force of the projectile, leaving a crater as the grave of the butterfly. Landing his feet on the ground, he pounded his chest thrice before turned to his comrade, still dizzy but little by little, regaining consciousness. "Hey! Y'all need to get up. We be roaming. Kickin' both Paul Pierce's and Lebron's asses, he yelled again, "Get the fuck up!!" All 10 brawlers would quickly rise on their asses asking what happened. "C'mon up, we rollin', but before that. Yo! Bron, tell the commander what happened here.", KG continued.

Lebron: "Aight!"

T-Bag Swung 'em 'round Like Miley
Swinging his chained flail with such enormous power, the morning star connected to the heads of the three beasts, dropping them all dead.

*Thud. Thud. Thud.*

As the beasts fell on the snowy surface, the faces of the entire rope users displayed disbelief in what they'd just witnessed. Jaws dropped, eyes popping out. "So that's how it works", Kobe said before looking at T-Bag who was panting heavily as he laid his feet on the ground. "Huff. Huff. Huff."

T-Bag pulled the chain and let the spiked ball crawl onto the snow, leaving beasts' blood in its wake. Rolling it up to his right arm, he ordered Kobe to contact Gambit. "Kobe! Tell Pretty what happened here."

Kobe: "Aight!"

Open Savanna
Reynolds, aka Deadpool was still stuck in his life-size comical hole in the ground but the 5 Bald brothers were to the rescue! Approaching Reynolds, they were amazed at how big the Terror Guma was. "Brothers!", Baldemar, the eldest of the five said. "This mammal was huge! I can't believe that something like this really existed. I still don't have any idea what the commander is up to."

After a brief silence, the five of them finally collected Reynolds off the pit. "You good?"

Shaking the dust and dirt off him, Reynolds reached out for his katana that was stuck in the bear's body. "Yeah. Thanks, guys."

*Purupurupururpuru*

Both Baldemar's and Baldemor's denden mushis rang after retrieving Reynolds. "Kobe here, Bron here. We have been attacked by much bigger beasts/a beast. They were quite formidable. They possessed great prowess but lacked intelligence. The boss was able to defeat them through two strong attacks. Them corpses are still with us. Shall we collect a sample?"

Baldemor and Baldemar shared a glance before consulting Gambit. "Commander, we have been told that the other squads have been attacked by beasts. They were able to defeat them. They asked if there's a need to collect a specimen."

Gambit: "We don't need to bring the flesh into our vessel. But it's good to note how strong they were. We obtained what we need to obtain for now. I think it's time to pull someone in. In every jungle, beasts do rule. This is an open savanna where a lion does exist."

As more and more time passed on Merveille, things started to slowly unravel. Manaka was getting ready to come seduce Gambit. She took a shower and then selected her finest of dresses. KG had defeated one of the great beasts, winning the game with a game-winning pass. Reynolds killed another one of the great beasts, while T-Bag put on a show and took out three other beasts, earning the recognition of his subordinates. The groups decided to all contact Gambit to find out what they should do, and what the plan would be from this point onward. As the Den Den Mushis connected, they spoke, and Gambit replied. However, little did all the chatty buddies know, something big was coming - and something big was about to occur.

Out of anyone's sight or awareness, a man with a golden mane was flying through the air. Swords for legs, and a steering wheel stuck atop his head, he was truly an odd one. But, for anyone that knew him, he was easily recognizable. The golden lion, Shiki. Flying through the air off of the main island of Merveille, Shiki saw down below. The area where KG had killed the Agehaguera butterfly was the first thing Shiki came across, since KG and his boys were the ones closest to the main island of Merveille, where the golden lion presided.

At this point, still high up in the air and with a bird's eye view of the dead Agehaguera butterfly and KG and his men standing nearby, Shiki's eyebrows furrowed. He was mad.

So that's the scoundrel that killed one of my animals.

Shiki said, angrily. Coming to a stop, he swung his right sword leg followed by his left sword leg and unleashed an X-shaped powerful flying slash, imbued with invisible Busou-shoku no Haki. The flying slash ripped its way through the air as it descended onto KG's group from above with great might. Regardless of how many of KG's boys' lives were taken, a powerful explosion occurred when the flying slash collided with the ground. An attack that, through the Den Den Mushis, everyone else would be able to hear.

DPR: 101-119: 6. City Block Level + A:+3 + COA: +1 = 10. Island Level

After the attack, Shiki descended, floating up in the air above the group. With a powerful booming voice, he spoke - his voice loud enough for others to hear through the Den Den Mushis - if the Den Den Mushis were not yet dead from Shiki's powerful attack.

You lot dare come to my home and kill my animals?! You better be ready to defend yourselves from the wrath of the King of the Jungle.

Shiki said, floating in place, his arms crossed in front of his chest, glaring down menacingly at the group, or what was left of them.

This is an open savanna where a lion does exist.
As Gambit uttered those words during the conference call, the groups on the other lines paid attention. Others were staring closely at the den-den mushi while some were looking around to ensure that they're not letting their guards down. For a short period of time that they were on the island, their focus on the field had grown and they learned from the beasts' previous surprises.

The commander continued, "Reynolds, you keep heading towards the town. Interrogate the people about the enemy. The 5 Guerrillas (Baldemor and his brothers) will accompany you. The rest of the snipers stay put; keep your radios on."

Turning to Aramis who was right beside him, "You take command of the Knights. Roam the area." Pausing a brief moment, he called T-Bag, "Tee."

"I know.", T-Bag responded as they were sitting on the corpse of the giant sloth in the Snowy Mountains.

Gambit: "I trust you."

Switching to KG's group, Lebron was sitting in front of the den-den mushi while the rest were standing. Wade and Bosh on the other were busy listening but still scoping the area with their glasses.

Gambit: "And KG."

KG: "We got this."

Gambit: "Don't you be reckless. You know what I mean."

KG: "Take it easy, man."

As KG said those words, Wade switched back his glasses back to the lower segment of the main island. Initially, he thought that another butterfly was coming down again. He chuckled. Then magnified its lens to have a better vision. He couldn't believe what he saw. It was a man with golden hair, floating in the sky. Eyes popped out, he called KG. "Sir!"

KG turned to then above to where Wade was pointing his scopes. At this point, the flying pirate dressed in kimono was already descending fast. Doing a hard stop, he quickly unleashed a roaring gale, diving to their direction in a cross-like fashion. KG activated his Awareness Haki and felt the madness imbued into the compressed air projectile. He could avoid the attack but it would compromise his entire conference. As the attack closed into his range, he did nothing but cross his two arms, already injured before, clad it with Hardening Haki, and tanked the attack. "FLAGRANT 1!"

Flagrant 1: This is more like a defensive technique but at times, can also be used as offensive during close-quarter combats. KG crosses his arms and pushed them across the air to block an incoming attack or slam the opponent as it approaches him.

"HEY! What's going on?!", Gambit asked, shouting.

"Sir!", Pierce answered. Then it was followed by a crashing sound that could be heard across the call.

"KG!!", Gambit reacted, fazed. "I have to go east!". Dark demonic wings sprouted from behind his shoulders, the finest steel they were crafted of reflected the ray of light. Flapping rapidly, the massive wings ripped through the air as he flew in KG's direction.

Back to hills below the main island, Shiki's shot from beyond the arc clashed against KG's flagrant foul, explosion engulfing the entire team. And as the dust had settled, the rest of the ballers were lying down, covering their heads for what they thought was gonna devour them alive. The defensive player of the year, on the other hand, was standing still with his arms crossed; smoking like a man who just rained down 6 consecutive three-point shots. His two arms shaking from the impact. Further bruises emerged after the clear. "Such power. Hehehe."

And like a mad timberwolf, the 8-foot black man, pumped his chest thrice before yelling with all his might and ripped his warmer out, "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!". Wearing his battle gear. A Green and White basketball jersey with #5 printed on it and adorned with a green cloverleaf.

With awakening, he can turn the immediate surrounding into flame and the air to be hot, allowing it to suffocate and inflict damage to the people within. Turning the flames into blue, allows him to land more destructive level of attacks. Increasing the AOE to cover more enemies.

Revelation, River of Fire: Gambit transforms the immediate surrounding into scorching blue flame. The moisture of the area is hot enough to suffocate the enemies within, shooting at 1800 degrees. This ability lasts for 4 turns, however, while the intensity of the attack decreases, the area of effect increases each turn as the flame expands. Engaging with the flames already damages the opponents scaling off their respective turns. And since it's on the ground and surrounding things, escaping from it will risky.

Chain Action is the art of using the customized flail in both ranged and close-quarters combat. The weapon is divided into 3 parts: a metal handle with a 12-inch karambit (curved blade) protruding at a straight angle, a long chain attached to the handle, and a spiked ball (about the size of a baseball) mounted at the end of the chain.

The length of the chain is determined by the user's mastery = meters. If used to bind a target, he/she can break out of it if they have strength in the same tier bracket or higher as the chain user's mastery.

Attacking with the weapon usually entailed swinging the spiked ball end of the chain in a large circle over the user's head, and then whipping it forward to entangle an opponent's spear, sword, or other weapons, or immobilizing his arms or legs, or choking or strangling them. This allows the flail user to easily rush forward and strike with the curved blade and/or support himself or another character to deliver a combination attack.

Cuddle uh Love: T-Bag throws the spiked ball end of the chain to tie around his opponent's wrist, ankle or weapon, restricting their movements the more he creates tension. And whilst inflicting devastating damage to the target is not its primary purpose, the spikes once entangled to the target shall also incur decent damage. It is often used as a preparation for a combination attack.

The man with the golden mane unleashed a powerful flying slash - it ripping through the air and descending down toward KG and his group. Luckily, the attack did not catch the group by surprise, and KG was warned of it coming. Employing a strong defensive technique, KG clashed against the flying slash. The clash unleashed mayhem, engulfing the entire area in a thick dust cloud and a thick veil of obscurity.

When it cleared, KG was seen standing, still alive, and while the flying slash was stronger than KG's own technique, the damage KG had sustained was bearable. The man with the golden mane had descended and questioned how the lot dared wake the King of the Jungle. When he saw Den Den Mushis in the trespassers' hands, and heard the guys on the other end of the line calling out to them and asking what had happened, the man with the golden mane decided to speak, loud enough for those on the other ends of the lines to hear.

Everything is fine! FINE MY ASS! YOU PEOPLE, BY THE TIME YOU COME HERE, GET READY TO SEE YOUR FRIENDS SLAUGHTERED. AND THEN YOU'LL BE NEXT! GET READY FOR SHIKI THE GOLDEN LION!

Shiki roared, loud enough for even Gambit to hear through the Den Den Mushi. Without a warning, Shiki attacked. Descending, the moment Shiki's swords-for-legs touched the ground, twenty basketball-sized boulders were ripped out of the ground in the area, and sent flying toward KG and the rest of his men. The speed at which the boulders were hurled, was astounding, and the power behind them was as such tremendous. Shiki did not need to touch or throw any of the boulders himself, so there was clearly a Devil Fruit power involved.

After tanking the wind slashes, KG still standing made a game face. His subordinates, the Eastern Conference All-stars rose to their massive sizes, tearing up their warmers, posing, boasting their respective Jerseys. It's a Play-off run for the entire squad. 11 black men were all standing; the average height was 8-foot tall. Altogether, they gathered at the front.

"This better be played like your finals, team.", KG said, loud and commanding.

Then Shiki spoke, loud enough for the entire squadron to hear and of the ones on the other lines. "Everything is fine! FINE MY ASS! YOU PEOPLE, BY THE TIME YOU COME HERE, GET READY TO SEE YOUR FRIENDS SLAUGHTERED. AND THEN YOU'LL BE NEXT! GET READY FOR SHIKI THE GOLDEN LION!"

Gambit who was cutting the wind with his metallic vampire wings heard this via his baby-mushi earbud, loud and clear. Shiki?!, he asked himself, fazed. And with a somber look on his face, he rushed. "You hurt my comrades, I will hunt you. You may be a lion but-"

As he paused briefly, Reynolds, T-Bag, KG, and the rest of the pirates stood firmly, acknowledging the presence of the enemy Gambit talked about. And altogether their minds spoke in unity "So that's you."

And at the top of their lungs, they all roared, louder and bigger than Shiki's declamation.
"WE ARE A PACK OF WOLVES, HOWLING UNDER THE MOON!!!"

The golden lion himself descended. Quickly and using the swords installed in his legs, he touched the ground.

All: ?!!!

Almost simultaneously, 20 basketball-sized boulders dismantled off of the earth.

"What?!" KG, a user of Observation Haki, specializing in Awareness was the only one who saw how the lion fashioned his attack and felt the immense power behind the rocks. And before it sped forward the group of ballers from a distance, "Get down!!!", he alerted his team as he placed himself in between the rushing attack.

Pierce, astonished at what had just transpired, felt horror as he ducked on the ground. A similar impression was seen on Lebron's face as the boulders catapulted past just a hair-thin above their heads. And just like the rest of them, their jerseys ripped from the mere trail of the lion's barrage. Aside from KG, bruises emerged from their backs.

What did just happen? - a mere thought playing inside KG's comrades' heads.

"What the hell did you just do?!", KG called Shiki out. "How?!"

The lion's roar was a proclamation of his attack. Standing on his swords-for-legs, Shiki, without moving, his arms folded across his chest, had multiple basketball-sized boulders rip out of the ground, and then hurled them toward KG and his boys. KG, who was able to keep up with the astounding speed of the boulders, warned his boys of the incoming attack, and they all ducked. Little did they know, they were already in the lion's den, and there was no escape.

When they chose to duck instead of jumping, Shiki had them right where he wanted them. Suddenly, the soil around the men's feet shifted and grabbed onto their ankles, compressing and hardening, and likely grounding them completely. Pushing off, Shiki dashed toward KG, appearing in front of him with great speed. Kenbun-shoku no Haki active, and black Busou-shoku no Haki cladding his right sword-for-leg, Shiki had it extended upward, ready for a powerful axe kick.

So you are these men's leader. You'll go first.

Shiki said, bringing his right sword-for-leg downward in a powerful axe kick, which in this case was a powerful downward slash. It was a strong and fast attack that KG had to deal with, but undoubtedly, a different problem would be on his mind. Shiki had a strange power, and all of KG's men were grounded. If Shiki decided to attack them, how would KG protect them? A horrible situation that suddenly befell KG and his men. Would they last until Gambit made it to them? A battle and survival against time.

PLAYOFF RUN
The entire team had managed to evade the ferocious lion barrage, but as soon as KG attempt to realize the mystery behind the attack, Shiki manipulated the very soil underneath their feet; trapping the 10 brawlers by their ankles. Restrained, they called for their team captain, "KG, Sir!!!".

It was not too long till the enemy rushed for KG, unable to answer for the cry for help. Shiki would then deliver a powerful axe kick the moment he closed in. KG knew they were at war, emotions should be put aside. Still spreading his Awareness across the battlefield, he again felt the monstrous strength coming off the axe slash. He knew the enemies trajectory, he didn't need to see him coming with his bare naked eyes.

He then recalled how Gambit taught them a way of the fist during their one year hiatus. They were playing basketball back in their camp in the Laughing Archipelago. It was a sunny day. The trees surrounding their resort call Silver Resort were as green as ever. A lush canopy worth living for extending from the entrance of the island and up to the Green Hair, a forest in the northwest portion. Warm breeze was caressing them as they moved the ball around.

T-Bag's team was down by 30 points and he was heated. Clearly, KG and his boys got the upper hand. With 8 seconds remaining in the game, Chris Bosh passed the ball to Rose, a rookie. They thought that he'd dribble out the ball as the game expired but to their disbelief, he drove to the paint, kicked his feet off the deck, flew like a summer seagull, spun midair, before doing a 360 windmill slam dunk. The buzzer bit.

"Son of a bitch!!", T-Bag cursed Rose and was about to strangle him. KG immediately rushed both and get in between. "Whoah. Whoah. Easy Tee. He is a rook. What's your problem dawg?"

T-Bag: "I ain't got no problem Ticket! Not even nothin'! This mofo dunked while you're up by 30 and the clock is dead. At least teach your men some respect when ballin. And yeah, I ain't got no problem."

KG: "Look! I'm sorry man. He didn't mean that. But you attempt to assault him one more time, we got a serious matter here."

T-Bag: "So you're threatening me now, don't you?"

KG: "I didn't mean nothing with that."

T-Bag: "You know what, let's figure out who's the boss here."

T-Bag and KG traded punches as the entire crew watched them. Gambit, on the sidelines was enjoying the shit. He was drinking Gatorade which was supposedly for the players and not for the coach but he's there, clapping and rooting for T-Bag. Sarge, one of the higher ranking official of the crew who was one of the reasons why Alabasta was kept untouched by other pirate crews was the coach for KG's team. He was laughing, slapping Gambit's left shoulder as he ate some fish barbeque. "These fucking streetboys are fun to watch", Sarge commented.

"Couldn't agree more.", Gambit responded. Little did they know, he was closely analyzing how the boys were trading punches. He saw an opportunity to teach something he had.

KG collapsed to the ground. Bodied and bloodied. T-Bag claims the victor and went to the shore to grab some fresh air. When KG finally woke up, he would see Gambit in the middle of the forest. "You called for me Commander."

"I sure am.", Gambit answered puffing a cigar as he was sitting on the branch of the tree. He rushed KG with a right cross. KG would dodge to the left. Gambit did it again but this time with his left fist and so KG dodged to the right. Then an uppercut, KG stepped back. And finally, a downward punch followed by a corkscrew to the chest, the other dodge the first but hit by the second. He fell on his knees. "I see where the problem was. You keep on dodging and dodging and that's what your enemy wanted you to do. He was controlling your movements until such time that he found the right timing and corner you. When you sparred with Tee, he was forcibly trying to trade punches with you until you became comfortable. T-Bag was once an assassin, a Mafioso, and a Farmer. He get that a lot. You on the otherhand was a street baller, a a street fighter who loved to fight."

Gambit would puff another hit on his cigar and breathed it upwards, "Now try to punch me with all your might." KG immediately responded. Fast, furious, and tremendous punch was unleashed by the lone wolf right at the alpha dog. The commander could feel how KG fortified his fist and twist his body appropriately so that he could deliver a pretty good one. The fist closed in and Gambit was there waiting before ducking slightly to left, waxed off the punching arm using his right. And as soon he managed to deflect the other's arm upwards, he threw his left palm towards the left rib cage, and landed a massive counter attack. KG blasted himself to the trunk of the tree where Gambit was sitting earlier as blood coughed out his mouth. "Now that's what you call Count Gambit. The next you and T-Bag fight, give it to him."

KG was still down but he could hear what the commander was lecturing. "I see you at supper.", Gambit said as he went off.

Back to the present fight, KG would only need to feel when the attack would reach him, and the moment it did, he timed it perfectly as the blade of the sword attached to Shiki's leg was above him. Like what his commander did before, he ducked to the left while positioning his right arm to tank the slash. He was doing this while both of his arms were fortified with Black Haki. And as the attack touched his skin, he would a rapid left uppercut pointing at the enemy's right thighs. It's should be noted that this punch didn't need to land to the flesh as the very wind it generated while being cast was enough to blast the opponent. "COUNT GAMBIT"

Count Gambit: This is a defensive technique and a preparation for a counter-attack. The user waxes off an incoming melee attack using his hand upwards or sideways, then launches a quick strike to the body using the other arm. The intensity of the attack is the combined strength of both incoming enemies and his attack.

The roaring lion appeared in front of KG, the latter remembering times past. Gambit's men were truly connected to one another, both through friendship and through fights past, even against one another. However, it was those emotions and experiences that made them stronger, and that fact would help KG in this moment. With his men bound to the ground and at the mercy of Shiki's will, KG had no choice but to fight back and attempt to defeat Shiki before Shiki could strike. When Shiki attacked, his sword-for-leg coming down in the form of an axe kick slash, KG managed to sidestep and then countered with a ferocious uppercut. The uppercut collided with Shiki, sending him flying. Black Busou-shoku no Haki had protected Shiki at the point of impact, absorbing a significant portion of the attack, though some damage was still left.

A momentary victory for KG as Shiki was blown away. However, as Shiki's body was soaring through the air, a sudden grin appeared on his face. Without a warning, a spike made out of hardened soil suddenly protruded from the ground behind KG, aiming to skewer the right side of KG's chest. Powerful black Busou-shoku no Haki clad the spear, threatening to gravely injure KG. KG's men, bound, helplessly watched as their commander engaged in battle against this all-powerful pirate. Gambit was soon to come, but would the celtic last?

KG's counter-attack punched through, sending Shiki flying. The latter grinned. He was up to something. The timberwolf, still using his Observation Haki sensed death from behind. "What?!!" He tried to avoid the molded spike that unearthed before his senses by spinning clockwise but it was so fast. Even faster than the sword attack earlier. While spinning, KG's right shoulder was slashed by the tip of that soil, almost ripping it. He grunted in pain. But he had to push. "Rose!", telling the Rookie. The latter would open his gym bag, tossing something to the boss.

"Power hops!" KG did a pro hop to the center of his allies to powderize the clay restraining them. Almost simultaneously and using the momentum from the hop, he would reach for a couple of cannonballs tossed by the Rookie, turning it into obsidian black before rapidly throwing it in the enemy's direction off his outstretched left hand. "Fast-break!"

KG throws a cannonball at an enemy. Due to his superhuman strength, he can throw them like baseballs, and the impacts are more powerful than when being fired from an actual cannon.

Blood dripped from his right shoulder as he did the attack but he's not done yet. Pushing his feet off the ground, he would leap with another cannonball in his right palm. Assuming that he would miss, he would clean the mess with a putback jam! "Baseline Jam!"

This is similar to Fast-break. The only difference is the direction of the projectile as it is always thrown downwards
81-100: 5. Large Building Level + S-rank + COA = 11. Small Country Level

At this point, Amare who always carried the smokescreen would throw it to the ground, concealing themselves from the foe. As such, they would use this opportunity to venture away from the den of the lion.

Yellow and Cobalt
Billy, a giant fusion or hybrid of a yellow duck and a peacock was standing in front of Manaka, pushing his beak onto the lady's cheek; perhaps a sign of endearment. Following Manaka's order, he opened his fan-like tail and spread his giant wings. Hopping on his back, the lady scientist whispered something to him. "Awwwrrr Awwwwrr", the bird shrieked before flying in an unknown direction. Manaka's cobalt dress was fluttering as they hit the air. Her butt almost showing up.

"This might hurt, Billy.", as Manaka grabbed a tiny device made of a mini snail. Pushing a certain red switch attached on it. Distorted sound ramified to the entire island and Gambit and his goons lost the communication.

The dangerous spike erupted from the ground, lacerating KG's shoulder and inflicting significant damage. However, the big ticket managed to survive, spinning out of the way just enough to make sure his whole arm wasn't ripped off at the shoulder. KG then pushed off of the ground and pro hopped to where his men were, destroying their constraints in the process. He followed it up with a barrage of thrown cannonballs, and followed that up with one last cannonball slam as well. A series of powerful moves from KG, he was going all out in the last quarter. Little did he know, the game was about to go into overtime, and from there, it would be the lion's night. When the cannonballs ripped through the air, thrown like baseballs, Shiki extended both of his arms forward, the palms of his opened hands facing toward the incoming cannonballs. The cannonballs were forced to a stop by a mysterious power, and were left floating in the air, unmoving. The last cannonball was met by the same mysterious power, stopped as well. Then, with a step forward and a push forward, as if pushing something invisible, Shiki sent all of the cannonballs back at KG's men. He didn't aim for KG, but rather the others. The speed at which the cannonballs were sent flying back was even faster than the speed at which KG had thrown them - significantly so. Shiki's Kenbun-shoku no Haki was active as well, his attack reaching speeds that were manyfold the speed of KG's men, and even with a warning, reacting would be hard. Luckily for them, the attack was not a special technique, and as such, even if hit, they wouldn't be killed on the spot.

Shiki's DPR: 120: 7. Town Level

Little did KG and his boys know, the cannonballs were just a distraction, whether they hit or not. Simultaneously, Shiki's true attack followed. The ground in a large vicinity suddenly shifted and then erupted upward. Tons of soil erupted upward into a massive pillar, aiming to engulf KG and his ballers. The massive pillar then hardened, leaving only the ballers' heads outside of the walls of the pillar, the rest of their bodies bound inside.

After Shiki's apocalyptic attack, if he was successful, he would float hundreds of meters up into the air to the same altitude as the captured ballers. With a grin on his face and the horizon behind him, he would speak.

Time for the lion to feast.

He said, glaring at KG.

T-Bag's Location
A sudden high frequency and loud distorted sound resonated from their den-den mushi as they sat on the fallen beasts, making them all rose up in sync. "KG and them goons are in trouble.", T-Bag attested. They stared glances with each other, worried about what befell on the other troop.

"We need to back-up.", Kobe suggested, fist clenched as he was looking at T-Bag.

"I agree!", Shaq seconded the motion. And it would be followed by the rest of them. T-Bag would agree. "Let's go then."

Reynold's Location
The same sound was heard by Reynolds and his company. Aramis and the other knights who were tasked to patrol the town would briefly be lost their hearing as their earbuds discharged a shrieking pitch. "Aaaah! What was that?", Aramis wondered. He would try to reach for the other teams but to no avail. "I couldn't reach anyone."

He thought. Aragorn, Alejandro, Agamemnon, Arthur, Achilles, Hector, Paris, Maximus, and Leonidas were surrounding the outskirts of the town. Based on how I distributed them, Leonidas will be the closest to my spot. I need to go there and send him to the town.

Gambit's Location
Still speeding to where the brawlers were battling, Gambit's earbuds suddenly diffused, his head would tilt to the side a little. "Dammit!". And he continued to punch himself through the air.

Manaka's Location
The lady scientist was now a little below the main island. Had she carried binoculars, she could have witnessed the fight below. However, at this point, she decided not to proceed. She would wait for an opportunity to do her business. Whether she would strike or do something even crazier, it's all up to future circumstances. But certainly, she held a grudge.

8 Seconds Left in Overtime in Game 7
KG managed to free his boys off the prohop. Quickly, the 10 ballers would prepare to strike. Each of them in a fighting stance. As the biggest in the crew, Bosh dashed forth LeBron, tossing him to the air using his right leg as the latter, pushed his own off that kick. However, as KG propelled a single cannonball skywards and soared to the sky delivered a slam dunk, the enemy would swiftly rise his palm as if catching the catapulting rapid cannons off KG's hands. Stopping them in motion, he manipulated the weapons and sent them back to the earth. "?!!!!", as KG slid his attention to the boys. "Broooooooooooooon!"

Not having enough venue to process how the enemy managed to pull that trick, KG lost his focus on the enemy. He was now more vulnerable. He saw the leaping LeBron crashed with the plummeting cannonball, so fast that the next strongest baller couldn't even react. And they met midair, King James rammed back to the ground, resting momentarily on his self-made crater. He grunted, "Ahhhh!"

Wade would rush to him, but as he chased to save Bron, the other cannonball Shiki deflected was coming for them. It was too late. *BOOM!*

D-Wade's back was barged by the skydiving cannonball that was much faster than KG's signature attack. As it hit his back, so was the soil beneath them started to break open. Fashioning all the debris upwards, it unearthed several pillars. Hardening them, it moved and trapped the boys. Except for the 2 fallen Draft Mates, the eight of them would still attempt to blast the hardened rock. They wouldn't be successful.

KG was now descending and at that moment, he slowly began to figure out what just happened. He was expecting that he would capture the man he thought was about to fall with gravity the moment he punched him and sent him flying. To his surprise, he continued to float. Looking back at what he did the first time, the enemy only needed to touch the ground with his swords to attack them with 20 boulders. And now, not only did he float, he was able to manipulate the cannonballs he threw at him. And as he was about to be caught by the strengthened pillars, he realized, turning to the ascending Shiki, "Could it be?" Was the last words he would utter before the lions' head surrounding him devour him.

The massive, tons worth of soil erupted skyward, capturing KG and the ballers inside the hardened soil, leaving only their heads outside of the pillar. The horizon was in the background, illuminating a scene most grand. Such a powerful pirate, it was easy to see why KG and the ballers were simply part of a pirate group, while Shiki was the headliner of one of the most legendary pirate crews to date. The difference was evident. Floating up to KG's and the ballers' altitudes, Shiki looked at the group with a grin on his face, proclaiming that it was time for the lion to feast. The Captain of the group, Gambit, was quickly closing in, and without a doubt, the scene that would welcome him would enrage him, less he was a saint. However, little did Gambit know, Shiki wanted to prepare something even more gruesome for his arrival. Shiki was, after all, an old age, ruthless pirate.

Motioning with his right hand, a bunch of soil was ripped out of the ground far below them. As the soil was ascending up toward Shiki, it started to take form. Little by little, a hardened spear was starting to form. In a matter of seconds, the spear of hardened rock was in Shiki's right hand. With a grin still on his face, Shiki spoke.

Looks like I will only have time for you. You saved the rest. You are a worthy commander. What was your name again?

Shiki asked. He wouldn't wait long, or much at all. If KG wanted to announce his name roaringly, he had the opportunity. Swinging his right arm, Shiki slung the spear at the captured KG. While Shiki's strength was definitely great, it was not needed in the throw, for Shiki's mysterious power was what propelled the spear. Imbued with black Busou-shoku no Haki, the spear ripped through the air toward the captured KG. It had enough piercing power to not only pierce through KG, but through the entire pillar that held him, sending the pillar crashing to the ground. The rest of the ballers could do nothing but watch as their commander faced peril - though whether the spear would reach KG or not remained to be seen.

A powerful attack that seeked the life of an awe-inspiring commander.

#5 to the Rafters
A grandiose showcase of power, it was indeed, perhaps on Lion's end. A magnificent paramount of earth element surrounded the preys in his vast savanna, capturing all of them. Feast or feat may it be, he overcame the overtime. The Big Ticket and the rest of the Eastern All-stars lost the series. And the verdict? Not only did they claim the silver cup, for the Golden Lion yet again harnessed the very earth, fashioned an enthralling lance off the shatter. Its tip, pointing across the team captain. The enemy would acknowledge the heroic rally. KG would respond.

"Just now. Huff. Huff. I figured. You could manipulate things around you. And as to how you could float, it could've been due to things attached to yourself. I paid attention. And only had you did, you'd see my name embedded at my b-."

It was the first time KG spoke so seriously. Wade, Bosh, Pierce, Amare, Rose, Joe, Rondo, Ray, Dwight, and LeBron would only listen as they held trapped by their own destiny. And as their leader tried to fathom the mystery behind the enemy. What unraveled before their very eyes would haunt them for the rest of their lives.

The powerful spear whistled as it cut through the air, penetrating Kevin's chest, passing through his body and to the end of the pillar's crust. Blood wouldn't drip from the center of the wound for it was shot so fiercely yet so rapidly that it wouldn't make a path. But as he smiled, blood would start to roll between his grinning teeth, down to his chin. His white jersey would soon be soaked in crimson. Ten stars would start to watch the rising full moon as the old wolf howled his last. He was once the Kid who rose from Chicago. He would fall to the ground but his legacy would soon be hung in the rafters.

"KG!!!", the howling of the pack.

Manaka and Gambit
The lady scientist witnessed everything on the battlefield. And as KG fell, she descended carefully, just enough to intersect the speeding Landayan Morrow. The captain commander would stop, face darkened with all the things that unearthed in his emergence. Despair. Guilt. Vengeance. Sorrow.

"Manaka?!"

His eyes ventured further. "KG?!"

"SHIKIIIIIII!!!!!"

The mighty spear of earth ripped through the air, KG and the pillar that bound him. The speed at which the spear struck left no blood behind, almost as if there was no time for blood to erupt. But, before long, it started to drip from KG's mouth, soaking his white jersey. A crimson color that signified his end. But, his will had been imparted onto his team, to be remembered for all eternity.

As all of that unfolded, Manaka finally made her way to the area, and intercepted the speeding Gambit. Suddenly, all the big players have converged - Shiki, Manaka, and Gambit, in the wake of KG's life. Utter despair was plastered on Gambit's face, seeing KG in the distance behind Manaka. The sunlight from the horizon reflected off of KG's clean-shaven head, and then onto the dripping blood, creating sparking crimson drops. Time slowed for a moment, figuratively speaking, as everyone took everything in. Manaka saw Gambit's despair. Gambit, drowning in regret. KG's team, in disbelief. All of those emotions running simultaneously. The only winner so far? The golden lion, Shiki.

Still floating up in the air, Shiki now turned toward Gambit, who roared at him. With his arms folded across his chest, Shiki spoke.

How many of my animals did you kill?

Choose your number carefully, because that's how many of your own I will have to take. Eye for an eye.

Shiki said unapologetically, referring to a pirate code of the old times. Eye for an eye.

Remnants of the Past
Gambit wouldn't believe what he emerged in his very eyes. Looking upon his comrade's body from a distance who was lying down on the ground, in which a spear made of rock was impaled into his chest. Seemingly lifeless but certainly, he fell courageous. Ten others were captured by the remaining mountainous pillars, alive and yet mourning what had befallen upon his arrival. Sliding his sight back to front, a yellowish giant bird being piloted by a woman he apparently knew. That lady would be looking at him full of anger and vengeance. Approaching him, a ruthless warrior of old age. A man so rude he wouldn't allow the captain commander to attend to his forsaken heart.

He turned to Manaka briefly. He wanted to question her but his in a state of uncertainty, anxiety, and oblivion. Topping all that was a man that he had to address before anything else. And as the Lion spoke, he responded, "I would never allow myself to kill a wild beast. You hurt my people. I certainly will." Words directed towards Shiki, whom by Gambit's uttered feelings implied an animal of his kind.

"You took one. I'd take all."

Glaring at the Golden Lion, Gambit would try to draw all the decks of his steel cards but to his surprise, Manaka, a seasoned scientist, botanist, zoologist, and a specialist in every aspect of science suddenly fashioned a robotic glove from her right palm. At her will, the favored arsenals made their way towards the hand of the lady scientist. Manaka rose her left brow as she stared at the wandering pirate. He would try to contain his overflowing emotions as he stared back. "You!!"

"The next thing I shall take away from you is that fake wings of yours.", Manaka's response to the troubled pirate.

Lebron and the others would hear this. Albeit was unable to glance at each other as they were held captive by Shiki's earth pillars, they would start to wonder what the lady hovering over the sky meant by it. They knew that Gambit was in the possession of the Vampire Zoan's ability, it wouldn't be magnetized. Gambit knew what his people were thinking.

"Why don't you use that other ability of yours?", Manaka pointed out something. "Still scared that you might hurt others?". Chuckling, she
continued, "Murderer!"

Gambit couldn't even try to open his mouth nor address what the maiden just right beside her was talking about. He was obviously fazed, broken, and trapped by the loop of time. Harnessing all those thoughts, he would direct his attention to the king of the jungle. Suddenly, he unleashed an old wooden cane, holstered on his right waist. Pressing a button on its pommel, the wood encasing would dissolve on its own, taking the form of titanium death scythe. He would not allow more time to pass by. Quickly, Landayan Morrow charged at full speed, scythe in his right hand. With an outstretched arm, he swung the blade, resonating a screeching sound as the weapon cut through the air. Without any incantation, he would aim to cut the enemy into two as he targeted his head. "Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!"

An attack full of emotions but lacked the will, focus, and determination.

With the three main players, Shiki, Gambit and Manaka, all having converged on the same location, things would without a doubt heat up. Shiki looked at Gambit, who was going through an emotional rollercoaster, having just seen KG meet his end. Manaka intervened, calling Gambit a murderer. Raising an eyebrow, Shiki looked at Manaka and wondered how she knew of Gambit, and what their relationship was. However, before Shiki could ponder on that any further or even inquire about it, Gambit's emotions finally flooded out. Taking his weapon in hand, Gambit blitzed toward Shiki, swinging his scythe. Shiki blitzed forward as well, the two meeting in the middle. Shiki kicked with his left sword leg, meeting the blade of the scythe head on. Sparks and powerful winds erupted from the clash that seemed to be roughly equal in nature and power.

As a few seconds passed from the clash, Shiki's attack would overpower Gambit's own, likely sending him reeling backward, though nothing major would occur from that. At that point, Shiki would spin and kick outward with his other sword leg as well, unleashing a powerful flying slash. Black Busou-shoku no Haki flowed through the flying slash, increasing its power and intensity.

As Gambit was forced to deal with Shiki's attack, Shiki looked at Manaka and spoke.

Hey, you! You know this guy?!

Shiki inquired, talking to Manaka as if she was his employee, which, in a sense, she currently was.

Remnants of the Past II
Gambit charged at Shiki with an outstretched right arm, his scythe held in a reverse grip, the tip of the blade facing outward. An attack that possessed nothing but rage. No will. Not even nothing. Closing in, the golden lion easily read his movement, swiftly maneuvering his left sword leg as he dashed forth. Two attacks met. A powerful gust of wind erupted so suddenly, ramifying a disturbing atmosphere across the battlefield. Even the crew left hostage in hardened soil could feel the overflowing energy harnessed and unleashed by two lords swinging their blades in the heaven. And even though no bloodshed was transpiring at that point, the taste and smell of their weapons emanated nothing but kill.

The pirate commander held for seconds until finally pushed forcibly by the stronger Shiki, sending him a little bit farther than where he previously was. As he flew backward, he was ready to catapult once more but Shiki seemed resentful and restless. Spinning, he took his right leg into a kicking fashion across the forwarding Gambit, sending yet a sturdy flying slash. The latter would see this coming and rapidly, he would imbue with Haki and swing his scythe from left to right, tip facing inward, so that the outer edge of the weapon would clash with the incoming air slash, sending it just right to cut the pillars trapping his men below. If successful, the pillar would be cut into two, sending the other half falling back to the ground as the giant rock turns into debris, freeing the prisoners within.

The scythe master would briefly glance at his men before turning back to his match. Shiki would then question Manaka. Gambit lent his ears.

Gambit: ............

Manaka addressed Shiki as she stared so fiercely at Gambit, pressing the very switch she used earlier to cut the communication across the archipelago, it went back on-air. Speaking with his alto voice, firm and condescending, everyone who had a communication device should hear the tell.

"Exactly 15 years ago, I was just 10 years of age back then. This man or should I say Lord Landayan of the House of Morrow, prince of all Royal Blacksmiths and of the Elven Tribe was 19. And my older brother Kalasag Ninquelótë, Captain of First Order, a promising Knight who vowed nothing but to protect the entire Kingdom and its neighboring tribe with all his might - was 20. They were young but their strengths were remarkable. Even considered by the General and the Royal Family true rivals in nature. Every now and then, they would boast their prowess in the battle court, exhibiting expertise in all types of martial arts and weapon mastery. The former would always be the victor by a minuscule degree. And then, an incident occurred in our home country."

15 Years Ago, KIngdom of Hiraya, North Blue
Hiraya is a kingdom of enchanted forest. Hiraya means imagination. It has four regions, the Elven tribe - they are humans with pointy ears, the Royal Blacksmiths or Knights of the Nights - humans who specialize in blacksmithing and warfare, the Dwarven Tribes - generally dwarves who use botany at its fullest, and the Good Tieflings Tribe. The entire kingdom is a large masses of islands linked together by formations of lands that served as bridges. Each tribe has its own royal family but the house of the Morrow has been the supreme royalty for centuries, since the fall of the evil Tieflings. For centuries, the kingdom was at peace and harmony but those were days of solidarity.

"Landayan!", a young Manaka yelled the prince's name below his chamber. The prince would see who's calling him from the top. "Oh! There you are! Haha! Don't tell me you wish to venture to the cliff?"

Manaka giggled, closing her eyes before responding to him, "Uh-huh. Uh-huh. I want to see a rainbow, forming an arc over the horizon.", she said while his hands formed an arc over her head.

The prince jumped off the window from about 20 meters, foot landing as he bent his knee. "Let's go!", as he held the young Manaka's hand.

Back to the present
Manaka continued to speak, "You might be wondering how this man survived. Do you wish me to continue? I also want your men to hear all these."

At this point, Bron and the rest of his squad would not know how to react to the story and sudden revelation of their captain commander's past. They were still shrugging the debris off their persons and trying to absorb what befall KG. "What did we just hear?", Bron asked himself but enough to be heard by the others.

"Gambit was a prince? I never heard of Hiraya Kingdom before.", Rose said, unfazed.

Pierce would look at the fallen KG, thinking whether or not KG had served his purpose to the right person. They all thought, a leader should be transparent, and not a lord of all concealment.

T-Bag's Team, Reynolds and the Townsfolk, Aramis, and the Patrolling Knight shared something in common for the first time. Bewilderment. Betrayal. Blasphemy.
