there are ways to go around, eg: you pay up 100 million to enter. Instead of paying it up front you are forced into a bet. If you lose you lose 100 million whereas if you win you can enter.

But a way to make sure the Underworld organisation is in check you must defend your title at the top after every adventure or so. Maybe increase everyone's level up or add some new folks to it.

To enter you need to kill a participant. But the idea of bets is smart.

Daddy-Sama is too lazy to do that. He might forfeit at the final round. 250 is enough T^T

imo you deserve "500 Million" and once you consume the Goro Goro no Mi you will definitely reach the "650 - 750 Million" mark

To return as a Marine you gotta either purchase "Free Change" or wait for the Free Change. As you'll then remove your bounty and history as a Pirate even if you were part of SWORD

Just because of my level i would be higher than you at "600 million plus" i wouldn't say i am higher than 630 million though that will be the limit.

Since both our DF's are S+ and if we got Awakening we both break "1 Billion" though i would assume if we was both Level 100 and had DF awakening you would be at least 100-200 (i wouldn't put it higher than at least 350) million beri higher due to your DF more catered to offence.

What you mean? You have lightning immunity? Pretty sure logia get blanket immunity to their own element as long as they have access to their elemental form. So I guess for RP purposes it would just be a distinction between if you need to be in elemental form actively in order to gain immunity or if at a certain level of mastery you simply have immunity to your element (I’d assume as long as you aren’t in contact with seastone or me)... @Ziosa @Dragomir @Frayz @Ranger probably a good thing to clarify if it isn’t just somewhere I forgot lol

Goro should be considered as a S+ as it's one of the few Logia with AoE DPR

I agree 600 million is low for Level 90+ esp if the Level 90+ has Awakening. Then imagine Mythical Zoan DF Awakening with Rumble Ball activated it boost my Str / Spd and Vit to 130 that in a nutshell is Yonko territory threat

I'd even have Awakening and +20 substat boosts reward extra bounty above the normal bounty depending on the level

All u need with the Goro is to be in range.

The problem with being 90+ is that Rumble Ball has no real use. Only Awakening can go above and beyond.
120 in the three main stats is enough to do damage everywhere except MF.

Correct. Controlling or redirecting the lightning would take less stamina to use, but damage should scale off the natural lightning and not your goro mastery. Also you would still use stamina in proportion to the amount of lightning that you are manipulating: for example, if you did something like compress the lightning into a ball and direct or control that—I would say something like that would require a great deal of stamina and devil fruit mastery

dont think any DF gives an immunity; even gomu gomu no mi just has high resistance to blunt damage

so you would be resistant to lightning, not immune to it

it can add to your power, but cant be used directly so it still uses stamina etc
