Personality: Easygoing, open-minded, wise, comforting, generous, advising, kind, and humorous, Roshi is the presumed deceased master of Marine Vice Admiral Leonard Burns. Something of an epicurean in his old age, he does not devote his full energies to the pursuit of pirates, clashing with the dedication of his student. Rokuougan Punch:

Lightning Madara:

A Shigan Madara performed together with the powers of the Goro Goro no Mi, Roshi unleashes a barrage of Shigans with both hands, while his arms are turned into electricity. Appearance: Originally, Buu was a fat man with spiky black hair. When he accidentally ate the Baku Baku no Mi, Roshi started laughing at him. Buu got pissed off and the two went out drinking. When Buu woke up the next day, he was even fatter, and his whole body had become pink. With time, as Buu learned to control the Baku Baku no Mi, he realized he had likely consumed something pink while drunk, and accidentally assimilated with it. However, since he was drunk, and he doesn't remember what it was, he cannot undo it. He has tried pink icecreams, pink candies, pink chocolates and pink cookies, but none of those things did it. Until Buu finds out what it was that he had consumed and assimilated with, he will remain as a pink looking fat man.

Personality: Buu is a goofy, childish individual and is not too bright. He refers to himself in third person. Roshi likes him, but Buu has a pure and kind heart, and Roshi believes that makes him a good Marine. Buu believes himself to be a hero for good, and upon eating the Baku Baku no Mi, instead of cursing what it had done to his appearance, Buu decided to use its powers to help those in need. Buu is quick to get annoyed and angry when made fun of. Roshi often jabs at him, hoping Buu will eventually develop the confidence to not mind those things, as it will make him a more balanced and well-rounded adult. Despite often getting jabbed at by him, Buu absolutely loves Roshi and would give up his life for him. Roshi would do the same for Buu.

Tori Tori no Mi; Model - Phoenix

The Tori Tori no Mi; Model - Phoenix is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the eater to transform into a Phoenix. It was eaten by Vash. While this Devil Fruit’s power is classified as a Zoan-type Devil Fruit, due to its uniqueness, the additional powers that it grants may be considered similar to those of a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit and even a Logia-type Devil Fruit. This Devil Fruit gives the eater increased physical attributes, as is with every Zoan-type Devil Fruit, as well as the rare ability of flight and the possibility of launching aerial attacks by extension. This Devil Fruit’s greatest attribute, however, is that by transforming into a Phoenix of Blue Flames, the eater can regenerate almost any wounds with the Blue Flames that they generate, much like how a Phoenix is said to rise from its own ashes. These Blue Flames are normally not hot and they do not burn or spread like normal fire. Instead, they are what allows the eater to regenerate, and are referred to as the ‘’Blue Flames of Resurrection’’. The Blue Flames can also be used to heal others, albeit to a more limited extent. The eater can regenerate from damage they accumulate in their Human Form, and can even regenerate from damage taken from Busou-shoku no Haki enhanced attacks, or even Kairouseki - after physical contact with Kairouseki has been broken. This gives the eater an advantage over Logia-type Devil Fruits, which cannot regenerate after damage has been taken. Due to Vash's advanced mastery of the Devil Fruit, he is capable of many partial transformations.

To heal, the user need to fill up the below numbers. For each turn, the user receives points equal to their mastery. For example, with Vash's 100 mastery, healing minor damage would take 1 turn, deep cuts and destroyed limbs would take 2 turns, destroyed organs would take 3 turns, and near death injuries would take 4 turns.

Techniques and transformations:

Human Form: This is Vash's Human Form. In this form, he is not given increased physical attributes, but he can summon the Blue Flames of Resurrection at any time that he wants. Unranked - not an offensive technique.

Hybrid Form: This is Vash's Hybrid Form, and it is his most versatile form. The Hybrid Form includes any type of a transformation where Vash is not fully human nor fully Phoenix. The most standard variation consists of Vash transforming both of his whole arms into wings and both of his feet into talons. However, there are a number of other possibilities depending on the situation. Vash can transform his arms into wings but keep his hands human, or he can transform only one arm into a wing, or only one foot into a talon, or any combination of those. These Hybrid transformations allow him to access the Blue Flames of Resurrection easier, as well as make use of a Phoenix's physical features. Unranked - not an offensive technique.

These oversized wings can be used for various things, from creating powerful gusts of wind, to using the wings as a defensive barrier and even grabbing, binding and immobilizing something with the wings. Beak Point: This enhancement can be used with Vash's Phoenix Form. The length, durability and sharpness of his beak is increased. This allows him to fly, put a spin on his flight, and use his beak like a drill. Due to the spin and his blue flames, he looks like a flying drill of blue fire. Rank: S+

Talon Point: This enhancement can be used with any form where Vash has talons. The size, durability and sharpness of his talons is increased. This allows him to better use his talons as a dangerous weapon. Unranked - not an offensive technique.

Armor Point: This allows Vash to don the Blue Flames of Resurrection as a full body armor without transforming any part of his body or losing any of his human physique. This does not serve as actual armor, but rather covers his body in the Blue Flames of Resurrection completely, giving him the ability of the Phoenix Form, while keeping all of his human features. Unranked - not an offensive technique.

Heal Point: This allows Vash to summon the Blue Flames of Resurrection into the palm of his hand. By putting the palm of his hand against a wound, it is healed. Unranked - not an offensive technique.

Heal Blast: This allows Vash to summon a big blast of the Blue Flames of Resurrection, which can heal a group of people all at the same time, by engulfing their area in the Blue Flames of Resurrection. Unranked - not an offensive technique.

Bluebird: Vash uses his outstretched index and middle fingers to make a dense, flaming swirl of phoenix feathers in front of him, remotely shaping it into a large fireball that he, upon uttering the attack's name, launches straight toward an enemy in a thrust-like, concussive attack. Vash can even use a wing that has been cut off as a medium to produce the feathers. The resulting attack is able to blow the target away with great concussive force. Rank: S

Awakened Point (locked until Awakening is purchased): This is Vash's strongest form, where his physical attributes and regeneration are enhanced to their absolute maximum. In this form, Vash grows taller, his head transforms into that of a Phoenix’s, he grows a Phoenix’s pair of wings from his back, and his feet transform into a Phoenix’s talons. By timing his shots perfectly, some of the latter-fired bullets can even hit some of the first-fired ones, redirecting them into a complicated shot that can hit a target from multiple directions, or hit multiple targets at the same time. Due to the complexity and the timing of these shots, this is a technique that only the best gunslingers can perform.

Killshot: By putting all of his focus, aim and will (Busou-shoku no Haki) into one perfectly-placed shot, Vash maximizes the penetrative force and damage output of the shot, aiming to kill.

Twoshot: A lesser version of Multishot, Vash fires one bullet and then fires another one at the first one, redirecting it. This can be used to confuse the target, or to circumvent a barrier that is in the way of a straightline shot.

Bounceshot: A variation of twoshot, instead of firing one bullet and then another to redirect the first, Vash instead just fires one bullet, which then bounces off of a surface and changes trajectory. Special rubbery bullets are required for the bounce.

Futureshot: Vash fires a bullet that is straightforward and easy for the target to avoid. By using Future Sight, Vash is able to then predict how the target will move to avoid the first bullet, and then proceeds to fire a second bullet. This second bullet will not only be placed to hit the target at their new location, but it will also be fired in the shadow of the first bullet, making it extremely hard to see.

Infernoshot: Vash fires Oil bullets, which burst and spray the target and his surrounding area with oil. He follows up by firing Incendiary bullets, which ignite the oil, engulfing the target and his surrounding area in a powerful inferno.

Phoenix Gun-Fu

Aside from his Gunslinging, Vash is extremely proficient in close quarters combat. He can wield his guns and use them to hit, parry and block with great strength, speed and precision. However, the true bread and butter of Vash's martial arts are his kicks. Due to the fact that his hands are always occupied by guns, as well as the fact that he can have sharp talons for feet, Vash has mastered the art of kicking.

Techniques:

Gunslam: While holding a gun in his hand, Vash strikes the target with the bottom - barrel - part of the gun. Depending on how much strength he puts behind the attack, Vash can be as tame as to knock a person out, or as outrageous as to destroy an entire city wall. Rank: C-S+

Talon Crush: By transforming his feet into talons and grabbing something - either an item or a person's limb - with the sharp talons, Vash can proceed to crush it with heavy might. Rank: A

Talon Kick: After transforming his feet into talons, Vash performs a front kick, blowing the target away while leaving gunshot-like wounds on the target from the sharp talons. Alternatively, he can perform a roundhouse kick, slashing the target instead of stabbing them. Depending on how much strength he puts behind the attack, Vash can be as tame as to knock a person out, or as outrageous as to destroy an entire city wall. Rank: C-S+

Talon Slash: By transforming his feet into talons and kicking, Vash can slash a target. Rank: S

Talon Flying Slash: By transforming his feet into talons and kicking, Vash can unleash a flying slash. Rank: S

Phoenix Punch: By flying with great speed toward the target, Vash is able to transfer all of that momentum and all of his strength into his most powerful punch. The secret of the technique lies in the fact that Vash clads his punching hand in the Blue Flames of Resurrection, so even if an opponent clashes equally with Vash, they are likely to end up sustaining more damage, as Vash heals the recoil from the clash. Angel Arm

Embedded into the palm of his right hand is a cursed artifact. When Vash is utterly exhausted/fatigued, the artifact eats his whole right arm up to the shoulder and turns it into a powerful cannon. Using the remains of Vash's energy, the cannon turns it into a powerful blast. Vash cannot stop this, and he is left completely depleted after the attack. How the cursed artifact was embedded into the palm of his right hand, and whether it was done with his consent or by force, is unknown. Rank: S

Hybrid Form: This is Rimu's Hybrid Form, and it is his most versatile form. The Hybrid Form includes any type of a transformation where Rimu is not fully human nor fully Phoenix. The most standard variation consists of Rimu transforming both of his whole arms into wings and both of his feet into talons. However, there are a number of other possibilities depending on the situation. Rimu can transform his arms into wings but keep his hands human, or he can transform only one arm into a wing, or only one foot into a talon, or any combination of those. Beak Point: This enhancement can be used with Rimu's Phoenix Form. The length, durability and sharpness of his beak is increased. This allows him to fly, put a spin on his flight, and use his beak like a drill. Due to the spin and his blue flames, he looks like a flying drill of blue fire. By mixing in the Mera Mera no Mi's fire, Rimu can pierce and burn simultaneously, turning from a flying drill of blue fire into a flying drill of blue and red fire. Rank: S+

Talon Point: This enhancement can be used with any form where Rimu has talons. The size, durability and sharpness of his talons is increased. This allows him to better use his talons as a dangerous weapon. Unranked - not an offensive technique.

Armor Point: This allows Rimu to don the Blue Flames of Resurrection as a full body armor without transforming any part of his body or losing any of his human physique. This does not serve as actual armor, but rather covers his body in the Blue Flames of Resurrection completely, giving him the ability of the Phoenix Form, while keeping all of his human features. Heal Point: This allows Rimu to summon the Blue Flames of Resurrection into the palm of his hand. By putting the palm of his hand against a wound, it is healed. Unranked - not an offensive technique.

Heal Blast: This allows Rimu to summon a big blast of the Blue Flames of Resurrection, which can heal a group of people all at the same time, by engulfing their area in the Blue Flames of Resurrection. Unranked - not an offensive technique.

Bluebird: Rimu uses his outstretched index and middle fingers to make a dense, flaming swirl of phoenix feathers in front of him, remotely shaping it into a large fireball that he, upon uttering the attack's name, launches straight toward an enemy in a thrust-like, concussive attack. Rimu can even use a wing that has been cut off as a medium to produce the feathers. The resulting attack is able to blow the target away with great concussive force. By mixing in the Mera Mera no Mi's fire, Rimu can make the fireball burn as well. Rank: S

Hidaruma: Rimu can surround a target with the many small, green-colored fireballs (or feathers) created by Hotarubi. Then, Rimu can detonate the fireballs (or feathers), engulfing the target in flames. Rank C.

Kagerou: Rimu unleashes a stream of fire from the palm of his hand. Rank C.

Higan: Pointing the index and middle fingers of both hands at the target like guns, Rimu turns his fingertips into fire and shoots bullets made of compressed fire from them. Rimu uses this technique very often. Rank C.

Hibashira: This technique can only be used after Enkai. Rimu directs the amassed fire upward or downward, creating a huge pillar of fire. Rank B.

Kyokaen: Rimu unleashes a wall of fire to block certain attacks. Rank B.

Enjoumou: Rimu creates a circular wall of fire that surrounds an area, making it hard for anyone to enter or leave the area. Rank B.

Hiken: Rimu turns his fist into fire and then punches, unleashing a huge column of fire that can plough through several ships. If his head is transformed into that of a Phoenix, Rimu can also unleash a Hiken from his mouth. Rank B.

Shinka Shiranui: Rimu creates lances made of fire and hurls them at a target. These lances can pierce and burn simultaneously. Rank A.

Jujika: Rimu places his index fingers together in a cross shape and then fires a cross-shaped column of fire at a target. Rank A.

Dai Enkai Entei: Rimu summons a huge sphere of fire in the palm of his hand and then hurls it at a target. Rank S.

Custom techniques:

Fire Engine: Rimu unleashes fire from the soles of his feet, or from his talons, or transforms his entire lower body into fire, and uses that to propel himself like a jet. Cannot be used consecutively, I.E. follows Soru guidelines. Unranked - supplementary move.

Fire Aura: Rimu unleashes an aura of fire that surrounds him, making it dangerous to get too close to him. Rank C, B, or A, depending on intensity of fire. Rank C intensity can be maintained for 4 turns, with a cooldown of 1 turn, Rank B intensity can be maintained for 3 turns, with a cooldown of 2 turns, and rank A intensity can be maintained for 1 turn, with a cooldown of 3 turns.

Fire Vortex: Rimu spawns a massive, spinning vortex of fire around himself, burning anyone and anything that comes near him. This can be used as a defensive technique in some cases. Alternatively, he can take control of fire in the area and form a vortex of fire around the target, instead of spawning it around himself. Rank B.

Fire Blast: Rimu makes fire erupt from his body in all directions. Due to the blast behind the fire explosion, the fire carries concussive force, allowing Rimu to blow his surroundings away from himself. Rank B.

Fire Kick: A kicking version of Hiken, instead of punching and unleashing a giant fire fist, Rimu kicks - often with his talons - and unleashes a giant blast of fire , engulfing the target. Rank B.

Voltage Nova: The equivalent of Enel's Amaru. This is Rimu's strongest form. He transforms his body into an embodiment of fire and heat. While in this form, Rimu can create more fire more quickly. Rank S.

Fire Missile: Rimu transforms his body into fire and flies toward a target like a fire missile. He then punches, unleashing a massive amount of fire and engulfing the area in a large fire blast radius. Rank S.

Prominence Burn: Rimu unleashes all of his ''inner fire'', unleashing a massive blast of fire that can evaporate even the clouds. Due to exhaustion, he can only use Rank D and Rank C Mera Mera no Mi techniques for the remainder of the fight, after using this technique. Rank S+.

Meteora: While up in the air, Rimu creates five fire spheres and rains them down onto the battlefield below. Upon impact, the five fire spheres erupt into large infernos of fire, engulfing a widespread area. Rank S.

Shinka Shiranui Barrage: An upgraded technique of the canon Shinka Shiranui, instead of hurling only two lances made of fire, Rimu hurls as many as 100, increasing the power, as well as success rate of the technique. Rank S.

Fire Crush: While up in the air, Rimu plummets down toward the battlefield with fire trailing from his feet. He then comes crashing onto the target from above in the form of a powerful stomp, usually with his talons, driving the target into the ground while unleashing a large blast of fire. Rank B.

Fire Festival: If there is a lot of fire on the battlefield, likely toward the end of a prolonged battle, Rimu can gather all of the fire around him on top of creating fire, allowing him to increase the size of the next technique. Increases AOE. The more fire is gathered, the more the AOE is increased, up to 50%. Unranked - supplementary move.

King's Entei: A variation of Entei performed after the Fire Festival. This is a larger Entei. Rank S+.

Dual Entei: Instead of forming Entei in the palm of one hand, Rimu splits the flames in two, creating two smaller Enteis in the palms of both of his hands. Each Entei is only half as strong, but it allows Rimu to throw one after the other. Rank A.

Sun Phoenix: The most basic combination of the two Devil Fruits, Rimu transforms into any of his Phoenix transformations, but does so with both the Phoenix's Blue Flames of Resurrection, and the Mera Mera no Mi's fire. This transforms him into a Phoenix that can regenerate, but also burn.

Eternal Hell: Rimu combines the efforts of the Mera Mera no Mi's burning fire and the Phoenix's Blue Flames of Resurrection, and continuously blasts the target. The Mera Mera no Mi's burning fire will burn the target, while the Phoenix's Blue Flames of Ressurrection will heal them, creating a cycle of pain and burning, healing, more pain and burning, and more healing. This is an extremely cruel and tortureous technique, and is completely unlike Rimu's kind character. He has never used it, and the only time he ever probably could, was if his crew was viciously killed in front of him, sending him into complete rage. Rank: S

Rimu has eaten both the Tori Tori no Mi; Model - Phoenix, a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit, and the Mera Mera no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit. As such, he is currently one of only two people in the whole world to have eaten two Devil Fruits and survived. Rimu had first eaten the Tori Tori no Mi; Model - Phoenix. As such, when he consumed the Mera Mera no Mi, he burned to death in the flames of the Mera Mera no Mi, and then rose from the ashes with the Tori Tori no Mi; Model - Phoenix.

To heal, the user need to fill up the below numbers. For each turn, the user receives points equal to their mastery. For example, with Rimu's 100 mastery, healing minor damage would take 1 turn, deep cuts and destroyed limbs would take 2 turns, destroyed organs would take 3 turns, and near death injuries would take 4 turns.

Human Form: This is Rimu's Human Form. In this form, he is not given increased physical attributes, but he can summon the Blue Flames of Resurrection at any time that he wants. Unranked - not an offensive technique.

Hybrid Form: This is Rimu's Hybrid Form, and it is his most versatile form. The Hybrid Form includes any type of a transformation where Rimu is not fully human nor fully Phoenix. The most standard variation consists of Rimu transforming both of his whole arms into wings and both of his feet into talons. However, there are a number of other possibilities depending on the situation. Rimu can transform his arms into wings but keep his hands human, or he can transform only one arm into a wing, or only one foot into a talon, or any combination of those. These Hybrid transformations allow him to access the Blue Flames of Resurrection easier, as well as make use of a Phoenix's physical features. Unranked - not an offensive technique.
