Personality: Easygoing, open-minded, wise, comforting, generous, advising, kind, and humorous, Roshi is the presumed deceased master of Marine Vice Admiral Leonard Burns. Something of an epicurean in his old age, he does not devote his full energies to the pursuit of pirates, clashing with the dedication of his student. However, beneath his easygoing attitude lays a wise man experienced in the ways of the world, a seasoned and wily strategist, and an incredibly strong and powerful master. Although he appears hedonistic, Roshi's life philosophies are about living life to the fullest and choosing your own destiny. He is a firm believer that everyone has the power to create their own destiny. He appears laid-back because he understands that there are things in life he can not control, but he also believes that a person is fully responsible for the parts they can. From Leo's point of view when he was a young student, Roshi seemed lazy, but from an objective point of view, it can be seen that Leo's Absolute Justice is misguided. Throughout the last year of Roshi's life before his presumed death, Roshi constantly asked Leo what it was that he wanted in life, asking him if capturing pirates was the destiny that he chose, or a path that others told him he needed to follow. Roshi was a father figure to Leo. Roshi is particularly fond of tea. He founded a tea night in his Marine branch. He is also an expert scientist and medic and has created a number of medicinal teas that help in battle. Ginseng, followed by jasmine, are his favorite teas.
Combining the principles of kicking quickly to unleash a flying slash, with the arm speed of Shigan, Roshi performs a quick karate chop, unleashing a Rankyaku using a karate chop instead of a kick. Rank B.
Leg Jugon:
Extending the principle of Shigan’s arm speed to the legs as well, Roshi is able to kick with the speed of Jugon. Rank B.
Rock Punch:
Combining the principles of Tekkai Kenpou and Jugon, Roshi hardens his fist and then punches with the speed of a bullet. Rank B.
Jugon Headbutt:
Extending the principle of Shigan’s arm speed to a headbutt, Roshi is able to headbutt the target with the speed of Jugon. Rank B.
Gosshigan:
A halved, or rather one-handed version of Jusshigan, Roshi performs Shigan with all five fingers of one hand, instead of all ten fingers of both hands. Rank A.
Yaiba:
Combining the principles of Soru/Kamisori and any Shigan variant, Roshi charges the target with the speed of Soru, then fluidly channels that velocity and momentum into any Shigan variant, increasing the damage output of any Shigan variant. Rank A.
Moon Rokuougan:
A halved, or rather one-handed version of Rokuougan, Roshi positions one fist in front of the target and unleashes a shockwave. Rank A.
Rokuougan Punch:
Instead of simply positioning the fist in front of the target and unleashing a shockwave, Roshi actually punches the target and unleashes the shockwave, allowing for both external (through the punch) and internal (through the shockwave) damage. This can be done with one or two hands. Rank S.

The Peace Empire is a chain of islands and is a territory under Roshi's care and protection. The scale of the territory in terms of its expanse is on par with a Yonkou's territory. Roshi created the Peace Empire as a territory of complete, unequivocal peace, safety and prosperity, devoid of and distanced from what he calls the Pirate-Marine game. Any individual, no matter their affiliation, race or any other factor, so long as they are willing to live in peace with everyone else, is welcomed to come to the Peace Empire. The Peace Empire is not under the World Government, but it is left alone due to Roshi's great influence and power. It is protected by a very expansive network of communication and surveillance, as well as a ship on par with the Ancient Weapons, Pluton, Poseidon and Uranus.
Destinations
The main island: The main island is located at the center of the Peace Empire, and is also where Roshi's personal home is. This island was chosen strategically due to its location, which allows Roshi to reach any of the other islands of the Peace Empire quickly in case there is an emergency.
Roshi's home: Roshi lives in a home on the main island of the Peace Empire. Despite the fact that he is the Peace Emperor, he lives in a very modest home. Behind his home is a botanical garden. He also grows herbs behind his home. The main island is located at the center of the Peace Empire, which allows him to reach any of the other islands quickly in case there is an emergency.
The Candy Factory: The Candy Factory is Buu's favorite place in the Peace Empire. It produces a vast amount of sweets for the whole empire. It is located on the Candy Island.
The Tea Shop: The Tea Shop is Roshi's favorite place in the Peace Empire, though he holds true love for the entire empire. The Tea Shop serves teas, but also produces teas and ships them out to the whole expanse of the Peace Empire. The Tea Shop is located on the Port Island, due to that island's connections, which help teas being delivered all over the Peace Empire.
The Port & the Fist of Peace: The Port is the main port of the Peace Empire, located on the Port Island. Docked in the port is the Fist of Peace, a ship of absolute and great power that is on par with the Ancient Weapons, Pluton, Poseidon and Uranus.
The Waterfalls of Peace: The Waterfalls of Peace are an expanse of truly great and beautiful waterfalls. It is a famous tourist destination spot, and is also a favorite of all the Fishmen and Mermaids that live in the Peace Empire.
The Tree of Peace: The Tree of Peace is a massive tree the top of which cannot be seen, as it goes above the clouds. It is a favorite of all the Dwarves that live in the Peace Empire, and entire populations of Dwarves have made this tree their home, though it is of course welcoming to anyone else, due to the peace between races that rules within the Peace Empire.
Inhabitants
Roshi: Roshi is known as the Peace Emperor. He treats all inhabitants of the Peace Empire with utmost love, and would give his life for any inhabitant without a second thought, even if he doesn't know them by name. He often walks the streets of the Peace Empire and talks with the people and plays with the children. He is extremely beloved.

Buu: Buu is known as the Guardian of Peace. Due to his smile and friendly appearance, Buu is extremely beloved by all inhabitants of the Peace Empire, but especially the kids. All inhabitants are aware of Buu's love for sweets, and will give him sweets whenever they see him, much to his happiness.

Irra: Originally a Cipher Pol agent that went rogue and became a Commander of the Revolutionary Army, Irra had fought against the tyrannical World Government for decades, with the dream to bring true peace. When she met Roshi, a Marine Vice Admiral, with that same dream, Irra was inspired to join him in the creation of the Peace Empire. Due to her hardcore and intimidating personality, Irra stays in the shadows of the Peace Empire and protects it. Due to her love for the Peace Empire, she will sometimes take walks on the streets, though none of the inhabitants know her by name.

Argus: Argus is a Giant from Elbaf and a good personal friend of Roshi's. He lives in the Peace Empire and is a symbol of peace between the Peace Empire and Elbaf. He is also a great protector of the Peace Empire, and would give his life for it, or Roshi.
