npcs can use all DF techniques unless they dont make sense, even if they have 40 DF she can use more than 1

Captain is getting what pretty much looks like the exact upgrade of Thriller Bark. Disgaea. xD

Yeah but given the stat to the mastery, that's all she will literally do. It's essentially a free win since she can't do anything else lol. Which is why knowing the NPC is allowed to have her other techs makes this less likely a curbstomp.

it should go to the original host first, so they can kinda finish what they started rather than someone new coming in to host it straight away. If they dont mind then it would go to the new host

Ranger gave it up, Roogy was a host for Ranger, so the whole thing is logically speaking done. >_>

If Ren wants Sea to be her host, dunno why that'd be a problem. Especially since it's not like the story can just carry over, it has to start from the beginning.

Honestly when I just read the last post of any of the island and when it doesn't say its over or something and it has been several months I will take it as neither intends to finish it. Although for me and Ichi's case, the last posts are from two people that are somehow banned so it didn't matter.
