I'm still looking to add TB to our list of territories. D:

Btw, found stuff that our crew does need, since we already got all the NPCs and ships.

We need to upgrade our ships with Cola Engines. For Coup de Burst and Gaon Cannon.

We need 250 mill for the level 2 upgraded engine, another 250 mill for the level 2 upgraded Coup de Burst, 500 mill for the level 3 upgraded Gaon Cannon, and about 100 mill for the cola.

So 1.1b.

I am guessing beating Perona will not allow us to claim it as Territory? I'm fine with doing more if that's the case.

Logias still tend to be quite a bit better even with Haki.
