Being one tier higher doesn't mean you're gonna ''blitz'' someone lol. Even two tiers higher ain't ''blitz''. But yes, he'll be faster, and you'll have to deal with that.

As a DF user with a versatile ''magical'' power, you should be able to put up countermeasures that a Zoan will have trouble dealing with, since all they can do is physical attacks.

If I give ya an example with Sasaki, he can cause paralysis, he can form an electrical field around him, he can cause mirages/illusions, etc.. So he'd use those things to mitigate the difference in physical stats (though he's a bad example cause he wouldn't actually be slower, due to the lighting speed, but you get the point).

121 is two-tier above, which is a blur,

i only did stuff at the start/middle and all the big changes was the other three lol

Well, right now can get buy awakening and get 121 in everything strength, speed and vitality, all of which are higher than what pretty much anyone else can get, as well as a free martial art at 120 tied to your df. 60k exp more for 120 haki and another 60 for another 120 fighting style, or haki master if you just want both hakis at 120. And there's so far no limit on how long you can stay in awakened form.

Even if a few of those parts were nerfed a bit, i still think it'd be pretty busted and I'd probably go for it if it wouldnt go against my character. Dunno why no one has done it yet.
