The only limitation I can think of would be that only one of the physical stats can go to 121, the one that's most signature of that animal (elephant strength, turtle vitality, speed can be for things that fly and big cats and so on).

I have some other ideas as well, but were not doing any work on patches yet cause jfc

I like regular/ancient zoans how they are. Just use paras/logias correctly with their versatility

Give me the shadow DF and I can take down basically all regular/ancient zoans even with a bracket disparity.

I personally agree, but I also see the merit of nerfing them, because it doesn't really make them weaker than others. With Shanks and Garp showing their abilities in the manga, it's quite clear your DF doesn't really matter and you can combat anyone with just fists and a sword and Haki.
