I'm hesitant only because I don't have much time and I want a very easy first island to get back into things. And by easy, I mean 1 on 1, so there's less reading, etc..
As a host I am honor bound to give you a story you would like in a way that makes sense, in some way shape and form but an easy first island AND going to Egghead where everywhere can essentially be a weapon, is kinda crazy am ngl.

Maybe with Gambit joining he can make it easier by quickly dwindling the numbers,

Like I said, I meant easy in terms of the RP aspect (not too many people involved, too many posts to read and remember who did what, long posts, etc..)

Destructive weaponry
From my recollection Larsi said he would do it, it's just to change the semantics around weapon creation. Where science weapons don't have base DPR unless they are made from a blueprint or an O Wazamono, Saijo O Wazamono and the C rank weapon (idr the name)

not sure what you mean as all of these have base DPR. Equivalent weapons or ones that need a certain mastery to create would have similar DPR

Destruction Weaponry:
Determines which weapons a Scientist can make. DPR scales with your Science mastery level.
1: pre-modern weapon (DPR: D) - 5 invention points
21: civil war weapon (besides artillery) + 1 magazine or 5 bullets (DPR: C) - 10 invention points
41: firearm + 2 magazines or 10 bullets (DPR: C) - 10 invention points
61: shoulder-fired missile launcer + 3 missiles (DPR: B), artillery gun + 3 rounds (DPR: B), mechanic pre-modern weapon (DPR: B) - 20 invention points
81: directed-energy weapon + 3 magazines (DPR: B), energy pre-modern weapon (DPR: B) - 20 invention points
100: missile launcher + 4 missiles (DPR: A), energy pre-modern weapon (DPR: A), directed-energy weapon + 3 magazines (DPR: A) - 30 invention points
-120: area of effect sci-fi weapon (DPR: S) - costs 40 invention points

Worry not, im posting this week. Ive been juggling work and finalizing the details on my revo character before RPing again. Because I dont plan on changing charactees anytime soon
You told us that the last time. You are changing it in six months. 🤣🤣

I need to do this island, then the Fishman thing in East Blue to anger @Einsauer and finally beat the crap out of Aramaki.

We are reopening new island/naval battle creation, allowing players to make new locations for people to go to. The only rule is that there should be a focus on lower & middle level islands, as many more of those have been cleared compared to the higher level ones. Players can still create islands with higher level NPCs but if it seems like too many are being created they will be disallowed until the number of lower level ones catch up. There should also be a good mix of factions, with a bit more focus on places that have Underworld/Cipher Pol/Revolutionary Army NPCs

To help with creation and to give good rewards for these islands, the various Devil Fruits that are currently not available will be used. Anyone who wants one to use them for an NPC and/or a reward can contact me and up to two random Fruits will be chosen each time (there is no maximum, they will be given out until all are available in the RP; but an island needs to be completed before you get given a new one). As long as I am made aware that you are doing so, players can swap the fruits they get as they are just making the places that give them a reward; ranks don't matter but you cannot swap one fruit for two (for an example, someone who doesn't know what to do with the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Brachiosaurus but has an idea for the Ame Ame no Mi (Candy) can swap with the player who got that fruit). People are allowed to collaborate on islands/naval battles, but there can not be more than 2 Devil Fruits rewards on each one; this includes ones with multiple islands like an archipelago. Players can of course also use other things like Cursed/Blessed Weapons or other things that are not restricted as rewards and an island doesn't have to have a DF on it.

Please post new islands in the Approval Forum, but keep in mind no Devil Fruits will be 'given out' until the 6th of April at the earliest, to allow inactive players time to come back and stop their DFs from being added to the list. Also no island will be moved to the relevant sea until this date but players can work on them in the mean time

Special thanks to @Hiei for putting together a list of unused/in-circulation Devil Fruits. If anyone thinks a DF should not be on the list, or should be, mention me or send a message somewhere with the reasons why (such as an NPC on an island already using a Devil Fruit that we listed as unused).

List of Devil Fruits
it is highly likely that this list will change and certain fruits on it might not actually be available or more will be added, but currently these are the Devil Fruits that are listed as unused/in-circulation. There are also several others that have canonical users that will be added to canon islands
