@NPC recruiting: I believe it should be allowed, if you pay for the NPC like normal. These are for NPCs that join your group. That is different from allies to the crew.

As an example, Devil Pirates conquered Amazon Lily, but Boa still lived. She stayed in the island and would be the “protector”. In other words, not an NPC u control, but is allied with you and can protect the island.

It’s not like Spada will betray everybody, kill Big Mom, and runaway with the rewards. She would never do that!
