well you need materials for the most part. some of em can just be everywhere while sea stone should be bought, and dragon scales shall be looted. not sure though if blueprint is always required. @Ziosa is yet to get back to me on that.

Crafting Weapons
1 mastery: can craft D-rank weapons by obtaining sticks and stones
31 mastery: can craft C-rank weapons by obtaining metal
61 mastery: can craft B-rank weapons by obtaining wapol metal (looted from pacifista lvl 50)
81 mastery: can craft A-rank weapons by obtaining dragon scales (looted from dragons lvl 70+)
100 mastery: can craft A-rank weapons by obtaining lesser dragon scales (looted from dragons lvl 40+)

Some of ya'll pirates, make sure ren is doing her activity correctly. I don't see any spit between coffers and personal funds, etc..

If you mean that there's no split, actually there is.
she's only got Dressrosa at $500,000,000. Quarter of that goes to Crimson Vow, the rest goes to her (375,000,000)

In other news... just completed the 10m batch of EXP for Sephiroth. Things will get harder now, need more moneyssss n.n
