You are now mentioning the right things but essentially ended up with the wrong conclusion, but you are incredibly close it seems. The mindset you have right now wouldn't go too long before you get the 'eureka' moment.

she's only got Dressrosa at $500,000,000. Quarter of that goes to Crimson Vow, the rest goes to her (375,000,000)

It was clear as day. If it wasn't, I would have not gotten it. Maybe just change the "Crimson Vow" to "Crew Coffer @ 25%" but leaving it "as is" IMO will be fine. If you want a more complicated stuff, you can follow mine.
