Personality: Easygoing, open-minded, wise, comforting, generous, advising, kind, and humorous, Roshi is the presumed deceased master of Marine Vice Admiral Leonard Burns. Something of an epicurean in his old age, he does not devote his full energies to the pursuit of pirates, clashing with the dedication of his student. However, beneath his easygoing attitude lays a wise man experienced in the ways of the world, a seasoned and wily strategist, and an incredibly strong and powerful master. Although he appears hedonistic, Roshi's life philosophies are about living life to the fullest and choosing your own destiny. Appearance: Originally, Buu was a fat man with spiky black hair. When he accidentally ate the Baku Baku no Mi, Roshi started laughing at him. Buu got pissed off and the two went out drinking. When Buu woke up the next day, he was even fatter, and his whole body had become pink. With time, as Buu learned to control the Baku Baku no Mi, he realized he had likely consumed something pink while drunk, and accidentally assimilated with it. However, since he was drunk, and he doesn't remember what it was, he cannot undo it. He has tried pink icecreams, pink candies, pink chocolates and pink cookies, but none of those things did it. Until Buu finds out what it was that he had consumed and assimilated with, he will remain as a pink looking fat man.

Personality: Buu is a goofy, childish individual and is not too bright. He refers to himself in third person. Roshi likes him, but Buu has a pure and kind heart, and Roshi believes that makes him a good Marine. Buu believes himself to be a hero for good, and upon eating the Baku Baku no Mi, instead of cursing what it had done to his appearance, Buu decided to use its powers to help those in need. Buu is quick to get annoyed and angry when made fun of. Roshi often jabs at him, hoping Buu will eventually develop the confidence to not mind those things, as it will make him a more balanced and well-rounded adult. Despite often getting jabbed at by him, Buu absolutely loves Roshi and would give up his life for him. Roshi would do the same for Buu.

Tori Tori no Mi; Model - Phoenix

The Tori Tori no Mi; Model - Phoenix is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows the eater to transform into a Phoenix. It was eaten by Vash. While this Devil Fruit’s power is classified as a Zoan-type Devil Fruit, due to its uniqueness, the additional powers that it grants may be considered similar to those of a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit and even a Logia-type Devil Fruit. This Devil Fruit gives the eater increased physical attributes, as is with every Zoan-type Devil Fruit, as well as the rare ability of flight and the possibility of launching aerial attacks by extension. This Devil Fruit’s greatest attribute, however, is that by transforming into a Phoenix of Blue Flames, the eater can regenerate almost any wounds with the Blue Flames that they generate, much like how a Phoenix is said to rise from its own ashes. These Blue Flames are normally not hot and they do not burn or spread like normal fire. Instead, they are what allows the eater to regenerate, and are referred to as the ‘’Blue Flames of Resurrection’’. The Blue Flames can also be used to heal others, albeit to a more limited extent. The eater can regenerate from damage they accumulate in their Human Form, and can even regenerate from damage taken from Busou-shoku no Haki enhanced attacks, or even Kairouseki - after physical contact with Kairouseki has been broken. This gives the eater an advantage over Logia-type Devil Fruits, which cannot regenerate after damage has been taken. Due to Vash's advanced mastery of the Devil Fruit, he is capable of many partial transformations.

To heal, the user need to fill up the below numbers. For each turn, the user receives points equal to their mastery. For example, with Vash's 100 mastery, healing minor damage would take 1 turn, deep cuts and destroyed limbs would take 2 turns, destroyed organs would take 3 turns, and near death injuries would take 4 turns.​

Hybrid Form: This is Vash's Hybrid Form, and it is his most versatile form. The Hybrid Form includes any type of a transformation where Vash is not fully human nor fully Phoenix. The most standard variation consists of Vash transforming both of his whole arms into wings and both of his feet into talons. However, there are a number of other possibilities depending on the situation. Vash can transform his arms into wings but keep his hands human, or he can transform only one arm into a wing, or only one foot into a talon, or any combination of those. These Hybrid transformations allow him to access the Blue Flames of Resurrection easier, as well as make use of a Phoenix's physical features. Unranked - not an offensive technique.​

By timing his shots perfectly, some of the latter-fired bullets can even hit some of the first-fired ones, redirecting them into a complicated shot that can hit a target from multiple directions, or hit multiple targets at the same time. Due to the complexity and the timing of these shots, this is a technique that only the best gunslingers can perform.​

Killshot: By putting all of his focus, aim and will (Busou-shoku no Haki) into one perfectly-placed shot, Vash maximizes the penetrative force and damage output of the shot, aiming to kill.​
​
Twoshot: A lesser version of Multishot, Vash fires one bullet and then fires another one at the first one, redirecting it. This can be used to confuse the target, or to circumvent a barrier that is in the way of a straightline shot.​
​
Bounceshot: A variation of twoshot, instead of firing one bullet and then another to redirect the first, Vash instead just fires one bullet, which then bounces off of a surface and changes trajectory. Special rubbery bullets are required for the bounce.​
​
Futureshot: Vash fires a bullet that is straightforward and easy for the target to avoid. By using Future Sight, Vash is able to then predict how the target will move to avoid the first bullet, and then proceeds to fire a second bullet. This second bullet will not only be placed to hit the target at their new location, but it will also be fired in the shadow of the first bullet, making it extremely hard to see.​

Infernoshot: Vash fires Oil bullets, which burst and spray the target and his surrounding area with oil. He follows up by firing Incendiary bullets, which ignite the oil, engulfing the target and his surrounding area in a powerful inferno.​

Aside from his Gunslinging, Vash is extremely proficient in close quarters combat. He can wield his guns and use them to hit, parry and block with great strength, speed and precision. However, the true bread and butter of Vash's martial arts are his kicks. Due to the fact that his hands are always occupied by guns, as well as the fact that he can have sharp talons for feet, Vash has mastered the art of kicking.

Techniques:

Gunslam: While holding a gun in his hand, Vash strikes the target with the bottom - barrel - part of the gun. Depending on how much strength he puts behind the attack, Vash can be as tame as to knock a person out, or as outrageous as to destroy an entire city wall. Rank: C-S+​

Talon Crush: By transforming his feet into talons and grabbing something - either an item or a person's limb - with the sharp talons, Vash can proceed to crush it with heavy might. Rank: A​

Talon Kick: After transforming his feet into talons, Vash performs a front kick, blowing the target away while leaving gunshot-like wounds on the target from the sharp talons. Alternatively, he can perform a roundhouse kick, slashing the target instead of stabbing them. Depending on how much strength he puts behind the attack, Vash can be as tame as to knock a person out, or as outrageous as to destroy an entire city wall. Rank: C-S+​

Talon Flying Slash: By transforming his feet into talons and kicking, Vash can unleash a flying slash. Rank: S​

Phoenix Punch: By flying with great speed toward the target, Vash is able to transfer all of that momentum and all of his strength into his most powerful punch. The secret of the technique lies in the fact that Vash clads his punching hand in the Blue Flames of Resurrection, so even if an opponent clashes equally with Vash, they are likely to end up sustaining more damage, as Vash heals the recoil from the clash. Angel Arm​

​

Embedded into the palm of his right hand is a cursed artifact. When Vash is utterly exhausted/fatigued, the artifact eats his whole right arm up to the shoulder and turns it into a powerful cannon. Using the remains of Vash's energy, the cannon turns it into a powerful blast. Vash cannot stop this, and he is left completely depleted after the attack. How the cursed artifact was embedded into the palm of his right hand, and whether it was done with his consent or by force, is unknown. Rank: S
