Hmmm. I don't it requires awakening to make an island float. I think Shiki's awakening is not requiring the need to touch something only to make it float. But certainly, large-scale telekinesis can do just find at 100.

Requires a lot of preplanning tho I believe which I think may be one of the reasons I never tried it. Maybe in a next custom island or something.
