The problem is I see no reason for scum to use lightening road... so it has to be town and after seeing the last phase that nobody said anything about lightening road to protect hatz means it was a great fluke

Why would they not? It will ruin the 1st night and be nightless.. One thing a scum would do is not to expose themselves via investigations 1st night eo they could have more time.. As a seasoned scum I am, I wouldn't mind losing that 1 shot just to hide ourselves in potential invests on us.. Esp if d1 alrdy affected our plays..
