@Aro sorry, Ramadan + Work is killing my ass. I have my draft set up. Only creative problem is whether or not if I should use G5 for Kidd. 😭😭

Hello everyone,

I’ll be getting straight to the point.

This announcement is directed toward players who currently hold Devil Fruits, Special Items, Cursed/Blessed Weapons, or Named Meitos but have been inactive for a prolonged period or have disappeared without prior notice.

Effective as of today, March 5th, 2025, you will have until April 5th, 2025, to show some effort to RP again. Failure to make an effort within this timeframe will result in the removal of said item(s), ensuring that these items will remain in active circulation within the game.

To maintain fairness, players who lose their item(s) due to inactivity will receive appropriate compensation.

However, please note that these items will be reassigned.

Tagging all players:
@Larsi @Ziosa @Gambit @Emperor Cross @Hiei @Ranger @Einsauer @Beerbottle @Aro @Frayz @Magimasterkarp @Kaka @Ichimonji @Guren @Sea @tlgRen @Ebuk @Mugiwara_Ryan @Toyo @Fly God @Rottkins @Hype @Garraofduhfunk @Jojoclaw @Lamby @lophole @FELI D AEROM

Even custom cursed weapons? You're not really keeping anything from others with custom stuff, same as custom Martial Arts (but you forgot limited MAs (Hasshoken) in your list).

Btw, since I couldn't get the answer I wanted in the approval forum, so I'm asking the public's opinion on this:

I think you should be allowed to have gun-slinging/snipjng be a mind stat if you want. It doesn't use strength, it uses ammo like botany, and it's the in canon speciality of Usopp, one of the more cerebral straw hats.

Also, since anyone can shoot a gun accurately within 10 meters of range, you could theoretically give out the guns and bullets you get from your mastery progression to your NPCs like some kind of gun based knock off science stat.

Accuracy over long range and access to diverse equipment, sounds mind stat-y to me.

I know just forcing it to be a mind stat now could fuck over things, but it should be optional to use it as a mind stat, perhaps by using a Perk to do so.

custom cursed weapons need to be bought unlike custom MA, but yeah they are not really unique like DFs are. The activity thread lists Devil Fruits, unique weapons and abilities as things you lose for inactivity

gunslinging/sniping is a really broad weapon style since you don't learn how to make them, you master shooting them and their different forms. Like canons, rifles, pistols, an Ion disrupter cannon or even a Dark-Matter sky-laser. You can basically use anything that's like a gun or can use anything as ammo for a gun by combining different aspects from sub-stats. So for Usopp that would have to use a unique DPR system like Science/Cyborg or Science/Gunslinging DPR system in the Info thread: this, it's actually it's own sub-stat.

I don't think it's possible to give NPCs IRP guns to shoot unless they have their own sub-stat preapred since DPR gets very strange. Gunslinging/sniping doesn't use strength to scale DPR unless it's a strength-based attack.

So putting that sub-stat under mind doesn't really change much of it I reckon. The only thing is that, gunslingers would be capable of making their own weapons BUT scientists can already do that. Scientists can also make Sci-fi guns if they wanted to unless you want to take that ability away from scientists (Like mechas, RIP Shogun o' Yopenheimer).

Gunslingers do have their own weapons. It's probably implied they bought them offscreen, or maybe they are crafting them themselves. They can also craft Muggy balls, apparently.

0-20 Gunslinging Mastery: May carry a single firearm(basic gunslinging or science made) into battle. Outside of something created by a scientist. Free for anyone is bolt action rifles(double range, 5 bullets magazine) or semi automatic pistols(10 bullets magazine). 100 D-rank bullets.
21 Gunslinging Mastery: Two firearms at once. Unlimited D-rank bullets. Double magazine size.
31 Gunslinging Mastery: Sniper scope for rifle, 5x normal range. 25 C-rank bullets
41 Gunslinging Mastery: Three firearms at once. Fully automatic pistols.
51 Gunslinging Mastery: Unlimited C-rank bullets. 25 B-rank bullets.
61 Gunslinging Mastery: May carry as many firearms as desired. Double magazine size again. Semi automatic rifle.
71 Gunslinging Mastery: Shotgun, half range but wide spread per shot, pump action with 10 shots. 25 A-rank bullets. 50 B-rank bullets.
81 Gunslinging Mastery: Auto-refilling pistol and rifle. A-rank Muggy Balls, 5 limit.
91 Gunslinging Mastery: Semi automatic shotgun with triple capacity. Nightvision scope for rifle.Unlimited B-rank bullets. 50 A-rank bullets. 25 S-rank bullets.
100 Gunslinging Mastery: 5 S+ rank bullets. Unlimited A-rank bullets.
120 Gunslinging Mastery: 25 S+rank bullets. 50 S-rank bullets.

Most likely bought them offscreen rather than crafting, unless stated otherwise. Like making a Bambo gun that shoots rocks, I think gunslinging/sniping fits better as a weapon style rather than a mind sub-stat

Here's something i'd like to RP as in near future:

Fishman, with Medicine for those Paralysis/Poisons, Otto Otto no Mi (Scratchman Apoo's DF) with Sound Waves.

Every technique starting with "Dont Worry about a" scaling with "Damn" being for DPR S, S+, and Z techniques and ending with "thing" lol

Could you have two characters as a single PC slot? If they are twins for example, and have otherwise the exact same stats.
Maybe invest in a "Twins" Stat that costs as much points as cyborg or a devil fruit, but allows your PC to be two characters as long as the mastery is as high as the level. Devil fruits would of course still be limited to one of the twins per fruit.

probably not as it would essentially allow two DFs without buying the item from the shop. If you buy that item then it might be more likely to be allowed

I would be RPing as one of them and the other is a NPC and call it the Jammin' Pirates lol

Captain @Einsauer and the Jammin Pirates would be a greatest collab ever lol

Of course you'd have to buy the item. I just meant that if you have a devil fruit, only one of the twins will actually be able to use it. Because of course that is how dfs work.

You used to have to defeat Buggy to get a crafting recipe for Buggy balls, so i think the Muggy balls that gunslingers use are also self crafted.
And if using a weapon were a reason for something to be a martial art, then Navigators using a clima tact would also not be mind stat users.

Gunslinging starts at 0 Mastery. Literally everyone can use a basic or science made gun (but not something made by a scientist? The wording is a bit confusing), so any character can use a gun for flavour if they so please, like Doffy killing Rocinante or shooting Law, even though he doesn't usually use guns in his fighting style when serious.
When Nami first used her climate tact in the manga, it was a science weapon that got given to her by Usopp without her even knowing what it did. But as her mastery grew over the series, her attacks got more devastating and her arsenal got upgraded. She has a natural affinity for using the clima tacts abilities to affect the local weather, while gunslingers have an affinity to aim well and far under pressure.

It takes a certain mental fortitude to actually hit a foe jumping around at the speed of light, so you'll need to be able to predict where they will be, and how your bullet's speed factors into this. This prediction then results in the attack speed of your gun -that has a muzzle velocity near the speed of sound- matching up to the reaction speed of Mr. Lightspeed if your mastery is high enough.
The one physical effort you need to do for gunslinging is whipping your gun around fast enough to catch these speedsters, and reaction speed used to be the one thing that you got from the mind stat before the change.

To reiterate, I'm not saying that it should just be moved into Mind alltogether, just that it should be allowed to be moved there (with a perk).
